ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SAMS CLUB CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS BOTH BEHIND THE COUNTER AND ON THE FLOOR IN ALL OF THE SOUTHEAST INCLUDING THE MGRS. ALL OF THEM SEEM TO BE ENTITLED AND LOOK DOWN ON MEMBERS. YOURE WORKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB AND DONT WANT TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICE TO A MEMBER? THE ONLY EMPLOYEES THAT HELP ARE THE PICK UP SHOPPING AGENTS. THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND LOWER JUST NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE ENTIRE STORE EMPLOYEE ROSTER SUBSTITUTED FOR SAMS EMPLOYEES THAT REPRESENT THE BRAND.

It's a typical Sam's Club; clean parking lot, and clean bathrooms. Parking lot was full at 4:30pm on a Monday in early May. Shelves were full and the line for self checking out was very short. The line at the food court was short, quick and hot food! Now, let's talk about getting out of the store. . .this is where they lost a point. There was 1 person checking receipts; they rescanned 3 of the 4 items I bought. At this point, I waited in line to get out longer than a normal store. And if the individual was going to rescan everything, why didn't they just check me out in the first place ??♀️. I'm sure somewhere in there, there is a method to their madness. Hopefully this way of getting out of the store becomes more fluid, or just go to a crowded Costco ??♀️

The store in general is fine, but the staff in the Cafe are constantly rude and not helpful. I frequent this Sams and the one on East Colonial equally. East colonial staff wins hands down for positive attitude, willingness to answer questions and helpfulness.
The Apopka staff looks and acts like they just fell out of bed in a trailer court. Everytime I go there they give customers the impression that we should be honored they waited on us
Seriously would it kill you to completely slice the pizza? Directing me to the isle where knives are sold is not an option
