Definitely never coming back again, my son came here for blood drawn and he was poked multiple times, he never shows fear or pain but this time it made him scream slightly from how painful it was, on the way home he was crying his eyes out from pain, his veins were visible yet they poked him both arms and not even once did they apologize or say anything.

i’m not usually one to leave reviews but i think it’s a joke that they expect me to arrive 10 minutes early to an appointment and still not have seen me an hour after appointment time

I've had a monthly standing appointment with Quest for months. I went to the Apopka, FL location for my appt. Normally I give them my name & phone number & they pull everything up. The office was dark today so I just let them know I was there. They wanted me to use the kiosk, but all my information is already there. I do this every month. I waited & waited. I waited until there was nobody else there. When I asked if someone was free to take my blood, the gal's response was "Oh, my God!" She proceeded to let me sit there until closing time without another word. She still refused to take my blood because I hadn't used the kiosk & called the police to have me arrested for trespassing. I heard her coworkers even say, "She's here, just do it," but she refused me service. She acted like she was the manager or she clearly had her coworkers bullied. Her rude behavior & nasty attitude will keep from going there ever again.

This place is absolutely filthy. Walls dirty. Floors have dirt waxed in on every corner and edge. Equipment is held together with scotch tape. This place is awful. Had appt at 11. Finally walked out after attitude filled employee with terrible demeanor broke my final straw. This place is understaffed with the worst collection of phlebotomists I've ever encountered. Words cannot accurately describe how low rent, dirty, and awful this corporate greed facility really is. I wonder if the state of Florida does suprise inspections? Either way. Never going back to this dump. I've seen cleaner floors in a Chinese buffet. I've seen cleaner floors in truckstop bathrooms. I can't imagine how little they care for the custody and sterility of my bloodwork, given the absolute lack of cleanliness and complete disorganization this entire crap staff. If you like being confused by lack of any help whatsoever, and treated like an asshole just for showing up and waiting over an hour for your appointment, then this is the place for you. If not. Avoid as if it has all 3 variants of hepatitis, which it may have given the absolute lack of sterility.

Very disorganized. I don’t think I have ever had an appointment where I was seen any earlier than 30 minutes after the appointment time. This location needs some serious help. Customer service is extremely lacking as well. They literally just stopped putting a person at the front desk. They probably got tired of hearing how horrible this location is.I don’t know why I keep thinking this location will get better. I have to stop making my appointments here.This is not a Quest problem. It’s this location. I go to other locations and it’s not this bad. Sure some have bad days but this location is all bad days.

Came to this location for the first time today. My appointment was at 1:50 this afternoon and did not get attended until 2:40ish. Tech was not very approachable or kind. When I sat down there was someone else's urine sample on the counter next to me. Disgusting. Would not recommend, do not come here.

They don't have customer servics. In the photo you can see, many people waiting and no response, I asked for half an hour at work for my appointment at 1.40pm and they attended to me at 2.30pm. I wonder why I make an appointment? They are rude and not kind. I visited other Quests on Orienta Ave. and in Lake Mary and they are great but I don't recommend this one to anyone.

This place is an actual disaster. 3 mornings in a row I have tried to be seen and they either aren't taking walk-ins because they are short staffed or it's a 3 hour wait. It's also impossible to get an appointment if you need a short turn around, especially if you need to fast before your test. Don't even both wasting your time here.

If you have small children please do not take them to this location (semoran) to have their blood drawn. YOUR CHILD WILL BE LEFT TRAUMATIZED. If, you have no choose but to go to this location AVOID AMY, she is completely inexperienced and lacks empathy. RUN. Yes, my childrens (3 rainging from 3-6 years old) experience was THAT BAD. Amy was not patient in trying to locate my sons vein, even after I asked her to be confident she located it before injecting him. Upon injecting him she did not secure his arm, which he naturally withdrew, causing the needle to stab him in the arm once his arm was folded. No parent should witness what I saw or hear their child scream in pain this way over a simple blood draw. Thankful her compassionate colleague ran into our room and immediately took the needle out of his arm and assisted me with my 3 children WHILE TRAINING HER ON THE SPOT ON WHAT SHE SHOULD HAVE DONE. Amy never apologized and acted as if we were a bother to her the whole entire time. I'm thankful to her but I cannot in good faith recommend this location.

Never running on time. Even with an appointment expect to wait an hour. Need a walk in....expect to be there for hours. Dont waste your time going early for an appointment, wont help. Dont expect any apologies either.

Why would people give more than one star for this ? Place is dirty, nobody to help you check in. All of them with bad attitude and bad face and your appointment takes more than 1h of the time schedule. First and last time

The phlebotomists seem to have attitude problems. At all locations, (except the one in Heathrow who no longer accepts walk ins unfortunately so its hard to schedule an appt if its something needing stat) like its our fault there's only 2 people for the early AM shift and scheduled 29 people. They are very unwilling to help if the kiosk is weird or messing up and speak to you like you are dumb/ a child. The only reason I come here is because this is where my labs have to be processed because the hospital only except a certain Anthem. Try to avoid if possible. There has to be a friendlier quest.

Ii would give it 0 stars never returning unprofessional have no sense how to care for people never felt so miserable at a lab place to make things worse got stuck 3 times ans she still couldn't get the job done not even with butterfly just caused bruises went next day to a different place 1 take all my labs were completed so lady in room 4 before you blame the patient you are treating check your self out you and maybe retrain in your phlebotomy skills you caused me major pain and bruises thanks now I have days with 2 sore arms and big bruise
