This is a review for the bakery. We recently used them for my daughter's Quinceanera cake. My daughter had a hard time explaining what she wanted. I had printed pictures, brought in butterflies and gold trim and the baker was able to take her vision and make it perfect!
Thank you to Julie for helping us get it all ordered and having so much patience with us. She was very kind and understanding when my daughter became very overwhelmed at all the options. Julie calmed her down and helped find the perfect things to put on the cake.
Of course the cake was delicious and our guests enjoyed every bite!

Rude experience happen to check out on 10 items or less i’ll and accidentally I had two extra items and Chris the cashier rudely decided to point out that this is a 10 item or less aisle to remind our future visits that this is a 10 item or less aisle. Are you kidding me? Then decide to say it isnt an issue.

Some people complain about the prices, but the bogos offer excellent value that helps out. A customer with difficulty finding something can always find a helpful employee. One even tracked me down in the store to warn me that it was about to storm. She immediately checked me out and loaded my trunk just in time. The deluge began before I was out of the parking lot. I could list numerous examples of the best customer service ever!

Employees like Yannetta is why we are generations of family members who are loyal to shopping at Publix.
My engagement with Yanetta was just not transactional it was truly a wonderful experience she was polite and assisted me with a birthday idea I struggled with. I left thinking she's the reason Publix remains unmatched in their excellent service on every level!

The lady or whatever at the customer checkout scared me when I asked her for a bag. When she looked up, her makeup and face she made looked like she was demon like and all I wanted to do is buy my water and Gatorade. She looked scary.
