Precision Marble was fantastic. Andrea was excellent and helped us select a granite countertop for our wet bar. They went above and beyond to make sure it was properly installed by the time we needed and it is beautiful! Very pleased.

I just Love my new Granite counter tops. My Contractor recommended Precision Marble because they work with his schedule. I contacted Andrea and she helped me through the process. She gave Warehouses to shop for the right top. She gave me prices for me to compare with my budget. Andrea came to my house and measure my space. She gave me great tips.Andrea was always available to answer any and all of my questions. When she picked up my slabs; I was invited to pick out my sinks. Her staff is very friendly and provide amazing quality.

This company saved the day for me! I had spent a difficult month and a half trying to order a custom counter bathroom vanity top through Home Depot only for the counter top to end up being broken (don't get me started on the TERRIBLE customer service at Home Depot) and I asked my contractor if he knew any companies around that might be able to do the job. He recommended Precision Marble and I called them immediately. The owner of the company is amazing--she was super helpful, allowed me to bring trial counter top pieces home free of charge (you have to pay $11/trial tile if you order from Home Depot), and showed me examples of the different styles I was interested in. My counter top was completed within a week, delivery was included in the price, AND I ended up paying a couple hundred dollars less than I was originally going to with Home Depot. We LOVE our new vanity top and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for to freshen up their counters. :)

I have just had my walk in shower installed by Precision Marble. The experience was above reproach. Their customer service from the first phone call to the completed job was amazing. The keep you informed all the way. I am pleased to recommend them for any type of tile/marble installation you are looking for. They walk the walk, they show up when they say they will, they get the job done in a timely manner and they tidy up before they leave. I cannot say enough about their workmanship, it is the best!

Made an appointment and when we got there Andrea was not there. My wife called her and she sounded like she didn't know we were coming over. Rescheduled for the next day and when were got there she was on the phone with a customer but had someone else go with us to look at pieces to pick one out. The very nice gentleman did not know which pieces were level 1/2/3 granite quartz or marble. We were there 30+ minutes and she never came out. Not good customer service.

Made an appointment and the person never showed. She was late returning from another appointment which was no problem but I never received a phone call to say they were running late. Made an appointment the next day (yesterday) and she was now on the phone and would meet with us after but had someone helping us and he didn't know the difference of the levels of granite. We were there for almost 30 mins and she never came out. Not very good customer service.

Very disappointed with the customer service. Our first shower was installed within the quoted time, but with some quality workmanship issues. No problem with the materials. The second shower quoted by Precision Marble was never installed after two months of trying to schedule the install. They made many promises to return phone calls, but were never made. Now seeking quotes for tile installation.
