I am extremely disappointed with the staff specifically the groomer her name is Mia she charged me more because my dog had knots, and she didn't let me know that if I was late they would charge me a fee. she was very rude to me. I do not recommend. Don't take your dogs to get a haircut, especially with such rude staff especially the groomer Mia.

Made a quick stop around 8ish. I ound a good dog food brand called gentle giants. Let's see how it goes. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even carried my dog food bag out to the car.

I am extremely disappointed with the haircut my dog received at the groomer's. I specifically requested his hair to be cut to a certain length of an inch, but they completely disregarded my instructions. Not only did they cut his hair way shorter than I requested, but there are also noticeable patches on his body where the hair is unevenly trimmed or missing altogether.To make matters worse, I noticed that my poor dog's testicles were scabbed when I picked him up. This is completely unacceptable and I am deeply concerned about the level of care and attention my furry friend received during his grooming appointment.When I confronted the groomer about the excessive shortness of the haircut and the visible patches, they simply replied, "Oh, an inch is what was needed," after showing them a picture of my dog's previous, more appropriate cut from just a month ago. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer requests is both frustrating and disheartening.As a pet owner, I entrust my beloved companion's well-being to professional groomers, expecting them to show care and expertise in their work. Sadly, this experience has left me emotionally distraught. I feel as though I have been let down and my dog's physical appearance has been significantly compromised.I would strongly advise against using this particular groomer for anyone seeking quality service and attentive care for their pets. My dog deserves better treatment than what was provided, and I will not be returning to this establishment. My hope is that this review will serve as a warning to others, urging them to find a groomer who takes their responsibilities seriously and treats their clients' pets with the utmost care and respect.

Andrew the manager has horrible customer service. I worked in retail for nearly 10 years. Tried to return a broken/defective cat toy which somehow cost 20$. Wanted to exchange for something equal or greater value but Andrew says the system won't let him make exchanges on defective products outside of 30 days. Packaging everything intact. Horrible customer service you guys just lost a lifetime customer.

I stopped at this store and bought 10 cans of cat food. As with everything else the price has gone up probably 60% or more in the last year. I was asked if I would like a bag and I said of course. I was then informed that if I wanted a bag it would be 10 cents extra per bag. You have limited stock and soaring prices and you're going to charge a customer for a plastic bag?

Came here to get bird food for my blue gold macaw. Pricing was a little high but that seems to be the way of the world now. Loved the fresh food and great stations for my doggie. Also, lots of fun toys and cute clothes to dress him in to his dismay. Employees were helpful and eager to direct you to the correct area. I would definitely return.

I was actually there when Cindy Y. was threatening to kill a young pitbull because she tried to play with her Wheaton. It's astonishing how she reacted and screamed at the employees that they're worthless and calling them names and even trying to damage property because she was upset that they didn't kick out a guest with a pitbull when especially when they said she wasn't aggressive. Sure, there was a language barrier but that's no reason to be so rude. The employees were very very sweet and even with her behavior and being screamed at, they were super helpful!!! I will definitely continue coming to this location because they advocate for pets especially when they're being treated unfairly

DOG TRAINING: Cheyenne is the dog trainer here and I cannot say how THANKFUL I am for her knowledge, patience, generosity, guidance, and great sense of humor. She is simply awesome. I highly recommend bringing your pup here for training classes with her. We recently completed Adult Level I and can't wait to start Level II! CUSTOMER SERVICE: super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff.LOCATION: other than Petco, this mall has other major stores like BBB, Ulta, and Ross, as well as my go-to place for fresh produce, Sprouts.

Horrible customer service. An item showing up on-line as in stock at this store wasn't on the shelf. More then half the shelves were empty. The store was practically empty. However Dan, the assistant manager who said the item was likely in a box in the back, couldn't look and see.

There was a aggressive Pitbull, owners stated in the store aggressive, only English word they spoke.. Advised staff they did nothing. Walking out the Pitbull lunged and I grab a metal pole and stated that if that dog moved one more foot I would hit it in the head. The staff came at me and my Wheaten Terrier, not knowing if the dog was loose quickly walking out I pulled the carts behind me for protection. Just needed protection from employees who threatened me not to ever go back. No problem

This place was so bad.I took my dog to get a teddy bear cut.They claimed she had knots on her butt AND SHAVED HER WHOLE BODY.I called and they said they would have the manager call me and it's been 2 weeks and still no call.I paid pull price for a horrific hair cut.

I have my American Staffordshire Terrier groomed at the Apopka, Fl location. Sam (a lady) is her groomer and she is amazing!! My Baby Girl loves her and is always happy to see her. I love how my pet looks and smells every single time. Would recommend her to all who want a great job done lovingly!!

This petco no longer sells affordable pet food, pedigree, purina, etc. cheapest food is nutro $8 for a 3 lb bag
