If you are thinking of take your dog at this location for grooming please
Do not use Marilyn she did a trouble job with my puppy even cut him with the machine and lied and said it was on his fer inside his stomach which was all a lies.it would great if she could been honest about the whole situation.

Tropical fish is being my hobby for many years, today I called this store looking for a particular fish, the employee that answered the call was Amy and she told me that they carried that type of fish and went right away to the fish section to verify if they have any left in stock after confirmed that they did, I made it to the store were Jonathan the employee in charged of the fish ordering took care of me and got my phone number to notify when they get the other types that I was lookin for. This was a very good experience and a great customer service from this sore. I had a bad experience with customer service at Tropical fish store in Oviedo even that they have a great selection of the types of fish that I collect it discourage me of taking my business there.

I bought a rat for my snake from here a small rat and get home to see it's a huge rat that was crammed in a small box. They would not accept a return or exchange for it because I don't have receipt or not a member even though it's their fault for giving me the wrong size rat. And not even letting me see it before they boxed it up

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was very clean. Plenty of parking. Handicap assessable.

Big pet store, they have a lot of types of pet foods and they have dog grooming. You can also wash your own dog in the DIY dog wash.

I stopped by on Saturday October 16th to purchase fish food. The young Luke working at the register was very polite and said welcome to Pet Supermarket. I then went on my way to get the fish food and then I decided to see if I could find some kind of cream for my dog’s paws along with booties to protect them from allergies. There were to other store employees Pam and Johnathan that totally ignored me as I was trying to find these items and I was very frustrated going back and forth through the aisles. I would have given more stars to Luke at the register however I knew he could not leave his post. I guess the other 2 store employees didn’t want to bother to help.. and I was the only one in the store!

The staff changes a bit but that just goes along with post-COVID job market ups & downs, not the store itself. And when staff changes, the newbies are always great so that speaks to management's ability to hire and train. Always a great time here for doggie self service baths. Clean, great signage and good sale offerings. Our family always feels welcomed here by everyone.
