“I went in to see about upcoming classes for my puppy. The cashier had no information and knowledge about upcoming classes. Not her fault. She also seemed to be one of two ppl working there when I went during the week. Overall, the store is well maintained and has a large variety of items for pets. Some items are more expensive than others, so I like to rummage through clearance items and look for sales. I couldn’t find anything for swimming (life vest, water toys) and no one was on the floor to help. So, I grabbed two items and left.”
“Always great service! They do an awesome job with my German Shepherd and Shiba Inu. My German Shepherd is a rescue and can get nervous. They were really patient with him and by the second grooming he was already giving them kisses.”
“Been looking for a new aquarium store near me to see what other shops had to offer. Had a customer come in that worked here and said to come check it out. It was a really small but well stocked shop. When I first walked in I wasn't greeted initially which felt a little funky but nonetheless I Browsed around and eventually got assisted and I got all of the supplies I needed to revamp my planted tank and it turned out excellent. Lots of decor. Gravel. And awesome driftwood pieces I love the one I picked out for my tank. I definitely recommend this shop for the people in the Apopka area. Great selection and great prices”

“Tropical fish is being my hobby for many years, today I called this store looking for a particular fish, the employee that answered the call was Amy and she told me that they carried that type of fish and went right away to the fish section to verify if they have any left in stock after confirmed that they did, I made it to the store were Jonathan the employee in charged of the fish ordering took care of me and got my phone number to notify when they get the other types that I was lookin for. This was a very good experience and a great customer service from this sore. I had a bad experience with customer service at Tropical fish store in Oviedo even that they have a great selection of the types of fish that I collect it discourage me of taking my business there.”
