Was able to meet with Management and was so happy about the professionalism and the customer service I got, unfortunately I’m not too familiar with stones and choices of woods but after i seen all the samples and choices, I felt like a pro myself, and now all I do is rant and rave about my new backyard and walk way,The workers were very clean and polite and professional couldn’t of asked for more. “0800-1600 (FCFS)First come first serve0800 check in1230 loaded with paperworkPICK UP:there are 5 dock doors but only on that can accommodate tall pallets. seems the other dock doors are for bobtail and shorter pallets.my load wasn't ready or packed when I arrived so they were putting the plants in the boxes and palletizing them after I checked in.their product i picked up was lucky bamboo plants. Super light load so no need to scale.there is room to back in but you'll have to do a couple pull ups to straighten out.they give you a seal to put on. bring a couple load locksPeople are nice and I bought a lucky bamboo”
