My wife and I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Nirvana Sports Medicine. Both of us have had great success in relieving our pain and increasing mobility. I absolutely LOVE my time at Nirvana! Every one is so nice and Eileen is amazing! She is so patient, especially when I need to bring my kids which is less than ideal for therapy! Eileen is always making sure that I am not in pain and the exercise is not too much for my body! I know the point of therapy is to get better and eventually not need therapy, but I will be very sad when I don't go to nirvana anymore!

I appreciate the professionalism and the treatment received in the therapies by Vioma and Eileen.They gave the maximum so that I could feel some improvement with my condition.But I think the reception area can improve.

I don’t appreciate Eileen the physical therapist not “believing” my mom and not listening to her. That is very unprofessional. To have my mom cry is not right. I have watched her work with my mom while my mom is struggling and not listen to when my mom says she’s hurting and just ignoring what she is saying about HER health. I get this may work for some other patients but have some sense. My mom doesn’t hurt as bad when she gets there but she leaves she’s worse. Im very displeased and upset with Eileen and how she works with my mom.

I will never recommend this place as long as that unprofessional receptionist works there. At my 1st Appointment this women provided my information to her friend who happens to be the mother of his 3 children. Started all kind of unnecessary drama and threats. Contact the administrator and filed a complaint and no follow up.
