Nelson is a scam artist, promised free accessories with the phone, and then proceeded to charge me for them. On top of that he’s also a perv, very in appropriate comments he was making about my sister. His behavior was very unacceptable and very unprofessional. Do better metro.

My dad went to this store to just PAY his monthly bill, and these people took advantage of him. DO NOT come to this store, or if you have older parents don't let them go alone. He went to go PAY HIS BILL and the rep told him he was getting a "free" phone. Typical MetroPCS scam words, nothing is FREE. "OH YOU CAN GET A FREE PHONE, just for coming in, and you will pay less monthly". We were paying $125 for 4 lines, which included the Amazon Prime. These people Convinced my dad get was getting a FREE phone and would pay less monthly. He asked them multiple times if everything would stay the same and they assured him it would. Well, when they did that, it changed his original plan of $30 per line that INCLUDED amazon prime and downgraded his plans to the $25 per line that does not include amazon prime. These people are so desperate to sale phones that they lie to customers. But of course these people make more money if they ADD a new line (oh yea and added insurance that he did NOT ask for) because we all know they need to add insurance to new lines just to make their store numbers look good. DONT COME HERE!!!!!

Went in this Metro store for a simple fix, and left with a more economical plan "cheaper" and an added extra cool device. I wish it would work this way everywhere we go. Nelson and Javon Great Customer service guys, I'll be back and I'll be sending friends people your way. ??Ahh going to Lowe's next weekend, you guys by chance have any twins working there, just checking ?

Nelson stole from me, I need to be contacted by whoever is above him. He lied and refused to return a phone that he charged me wrongfully for. Also told me he was giving me accessories and then charged me for them without giving me the full box, tried to keep the receipt so I wouldn't have proof. I need to be contacted asapAnd no you DID NOT resolve my problem. I wanted to return the phone fully and bring my business elsewhere and even with receipt and everything I was told no, he knew what he was doing. I will not ever shop at this location again!

This store is by far the best Metro store in the area. They know exactly what coupons and promotions to use to either save you money or else get you more for your money. One way or another they help you. They even give out free bottles of water if it's busy or if you ask. Above and beyond amazing customer service and I will travel to this location just to know I'm going to be taken care of. 10/10 thank you so much for always going above and beyond.

This is my goto store. The manager Deon was very knowledgeable about the different phones and really helped me with my upgrade for my phone. I also got a free tablet (just had to pay $15 for anywhere wifi but otherwise it was free). I go to this store for my phone needs.

Had a wonderful experience with the gentleman working last night it was almost closing time and he assistanted us so polite and had the Tuesday TMobile headlight band still which I was so happy to get what great customer service he given us and making my Tuesday night a better one this location has gotten better people to work the store that's why I only go to this location. Thank you again
