So I have recently switched to Metro PCS. This store is beyond the greatest here in Apopka. I went to another store by sunnys BBQ to add my daughter on to my account and they told me it was going to be $150.00 to add her on to my account which I found to be ridiculous. So I called another store to see what the price was with them. I ended up spending $150.00 but I got a new phone and 3 tablets for my younger kids. as well as a case and screen protector for my kids phone. At the end of the day this store goes above and beyond what they should have done to assist me. I would recommend them to anyone that has metro

I went to the store at 5:00 p.m. on October 2nd I had dropped my phone in the toilet and my SIM card wasn't working so I took it into the store in Apopka 32703 there was a girl with dark hair and a guy working. The girl did not even look look at my phone or ask my name. She said you need to get a new phone. I am 66 on a fixed income and a new phone would have cost 300 dollars. I went home looked my phone up on u tube followed the step by step instructions. My phone is working fine now. I do not like being ripped off just because I'm a senior doesnt mean I'm stupid. She should be fired.

I am on my 5th phone since March 24th to have been stolen the other two I forgot and walked away from them. What I do know is it's expensive as heck when you've been with the company for so long that they're actually is no upgrades and there's no such thing as a free phone anymore you do pay for it in one way or another.

Really terrible service, the lady who assisted me on Sunday, January 15, 2023, scammed me and it is not the first time, she has always done it, but today I complained again and she had to return the money that had already been saved to the bag Be careful, very careful!

Picking up my food at the Chinese restaurant next door. They have a display set up outside with a Bluetooth speaker playing music with the volume turned all the way up. I could barely hear the the worker inside the restaurant because of the music from this store. Uncalled for, rude, and disrespectful. Metro by T Mobile will get the same respect from me when I spread the word.

Do not purchase a phone at this location they sold me a defective phone I called to speak with the store manager an was told she wasn't in and there was nothing they could do about it my phone constantly turns on and off I'm very very upset please don't shop at this store!!!!!

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL Been going to this same store for over 10 years never had a problem untill yesterday. I purchased a charger for 47 dollars the charger didn't work so when I tried to visit the store the guy working there was taking a nap on the counter when I walked in when I explained calmly to him that I had the phone on charge for a day and a half and it never charged over 30 percent he got an attitude told me there was nothing he could do. I didn't even ask for a refund just a functioning product in place of the one that didn't work properly

Lidia very kindly fixed my account since the other old woman who works there doesn't know any Spanish and I didn't understand anything and her attitude was very annoying but I liked Lidia very well.

Lidy the manager made my day. I have never seen a person take the amount of effort to make everything as smooth as possible and keep it cost effective. I was over 30 minutes early to the store and she kindly asked me how can she help. I was distraught and crying because my cricket phone was not responding and i was in a neighborhood i did not know and not having any form to call my son to pick me up. She opened the store and rapidly helped me even though the store wasnt technically open yet. She got my information ported me over i dont know how she got my information off the phone since it did not want to work. She made me feel special and valued i am never dealing with anybody else but her.
