“The staff were so helpful and kind despite being very busy at the time I showed up. They let me use their cart for boxes from my car and they had staff on hand to help a customer that only spoke Spanish. They were friendly and joking with one another and really impressed me with their work ethic.”

“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. Good poeple”

“My husband and I Just had a beautiful experience at the UPS store at Mount Dora Location. It’s so nice to find people that really enjoy and know their job. I have a pet peeve with bad customer service especially when you are paying for it. Today UPS should be very proud of their employees representation of their business. Kudos especially goes out to Breanna at that store. You were very knowledgeable in your job and had a humble pleasant attitude along with your willingness to help. It was like a breath of fresh air.
