Metronet cut our fiber and we have been out since Jan 19, I’ve seen 4 technicians that say the same thing can’t fix because it’s at the main hub not my house , said it was back up today ,reset everything but still NOT up , out again and they are sending a technician so unhappy ☹️

Service has been down for an entire month. No restoration timeline in site. No help and still billing me!
