Let me start with, for the most part, I'm a fan. In fact, I have always chosen Lowes over HD. I feel Lowes stores are better suited to someone that isn't a contractor (and I'm not). My first disappointment was during the pandemic and afterward, inventory was not replaced at the store I frequent. I typically don't go to the store to "spot" something that I will later purchase on-line. If I go to the store I want to find, buy and carry-away my purchase. More recently, I can't understand how Lowes can spend tens/hundreds of thousands of dollars advertising appliances which aren't available. If you want people to buy large ticket items such as appliances, you need to make the process simple, hassle-free and a pleasure. My new washer and dryer were just delivered half-an-hour ago by HD because my experience was better. Note: I have purchased all my applicances from Lowes previously.

Great staff and customer service..lots of products and especially for me is the garden center..lots of beautiful plants and soil amendments..so looking forward to Spring so I can start planting ?

The worse Lowe's in Florida! My husband and I visited Lowe's on Orange Blossom Trail to purchase a big ticket item. We sat in the Appliances department for half an hour, after asking about 4 attendants for help. Finally, a manager arrived, totally ignored us and returned to the front desk. In retrospect, this should have been our cue leave! However, we decided to purchase the item with the agreement that it will be delivered to the store on the following Friday.I routinely called and check the online system for delivery updates or changes. On the morning of Friday 8th December, as promised, we visited the store only to be told that the item will be delivered on the following Wednesday. No apologies! No reason! NOTHING! Just a rude, clueless manager and his staff who kept us waiting while we stood there expecting some feedback. In fact, one of the staff members, Tina, who we had asked for follow-up, was on her way to a dentist appointment without a single word to us about the status of our order. Did they care that we had a contractor on standby to install the item and had already paid for this service? Not at all!I have cancelled this order and I hope that corporate takes notice of this because staff members, including managers, who are unprofessional, clueless and rude are not serving the needs of the company nor the customer,

NO HELP & NO ONE CARES! Trying to find an associate in this store in the appliance department is very hard. I went into the store to purchase a large ticket appliance , spent about 30 minutes looking and then pressed the button for help and no one came. There were several other couples looking to purchase items as well. As I was leaving the store through the self checkout lines, I asked the associate there to speak with the store manager, for which she informed me he was not even in the store. I explained my problem and said I can get another manager from another department , all while listening to the overhead announcements about help needed at the Appliance. I did the right thing and went across the street to the Orange store and purchased there. Sad !

I really appreciate how they value the veterans in this store. They proudly honor their veteran employees as well. Always carry the items that I am looking for. Great store. Super friendly employees!

So in my opinion Lowe's wants to bring back slavery. I am a customer not a cashier. How to go out of business quit treating customers like you care and keep pushing slave tactics on your customer. You mark it up to cover employees. Hire them or you will soon be like SEARS.KMART BUILDERS SQUARE and many others. If this is just bad management get a new manager.
