Absolutely horrible service the night manager lied to save her own ass. They made a disabled vet do double the work to get one thing they did wrong corrected. they offered no help and acted like it was an inconvenience to assist me. The assistant manager acted like he was to big of a executive to help me. Honestly if your a veteran of the United States don't shop here they don't appreciate us nor do they care to help.

Went in knew exactly what I was looking for just didn't know where it was. Muriel was very helpful he saw me looking at the signs and ask if he could help me I told him I was looking for screws he took me right to the direction . I saw what I wanted online just had to go in and grab while grabbing he asked if I needed any help with any advice. I told him what I was looking to do and he mentioned I grabbed the correct ones. He was very helpful. The store was clean and not busy as it was early in the morning. They even have Halloween decor out which i absolutely love.

My husband and I visit this Lowes location often and we've had several great experiences. It's clean, conveniently located, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The ONLY REASON I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that th self check outs do not accept digital gift cards. The only registers open are on the far right side by lumber and customer service so we usually have to walk across the store to check out and then outside we have to walk across the parking lot to get back to our car. Rating from F to A +++ the store and employees get an A+++ and the ease of checking out gets a C.

Worst Lowe's ever! Space nobody in the store knows anything. Nobody in the store is willing to help. Nobody in the store actually works there. You walk around and there are people in their vez but they're on their phones they're talking or doing something else other than working. This is why I shop at Home Depot.

I had the worst experience with Karol at the service desk at the Apopka Location Lowes. I was buying a huge barn door for my dad, I had his military ID and she said I couldn't use his military account, even though we have the same last name, I said ok that's fine. She said I could have went to another register then I said I was directed from another employee to come to her register. When I had asked help for assistance to place on top of my car, she had refused help period. I have a huge SUV with racks, and wasn't expecting any help strapping, just placing on top. She said that is against the rules here. I said fine Ill put the car seats down and place it in my trunk, she had STILL refused to send someone to help. I told her I cant physically lift this 250 pound door (I weigh 130 pounds) to place in my trunk. I said there's other employees helping other people put stuff in their car outside, why can't I get help? She said its the RULES? Which rule is it to decide NOT to help someone put something heavy in their car? I went back to my car and attempted to put in my car by myself, which I couldn't. After 25 minutes of trying I went back in and asked another employee for help, Karen came to the other employee and said that we are not able to help. This is insane, why could I not get help to lift something in my car? Karen needs to be fired or needs more proper training on how to do a simple job with better customer service and at least acts like she enjoys her job, she looked extremely angry and unapproachable. I was so embarrassed, hopeless, practically crying when I left and will never be coming back to this location again. I hope the store manage Rudy Garcia or Beth (Karol's manager) sees this because this is absolutely unacceptable if she treats your customers this way. You guys are losing business from your employee Karol at the service/return center. Please do better and get rid of her or put her in the warehouse where she has no contact with customers.

Very very disappointed as a loyal Lowe's shopper. Went in to purchase a replacement dishwasher. Sales staff came over and answered one question then excused himself to assist another customer. As my wife and I stood by patiently waiting we watched the salesman go up front with the other costumers. This is fine by me if he was closing a sale, but in my opinion he could have acknowledged he'd be back to assist us OR asked another sales associate to come assist. Feeling my business wasn't important I just took my purchase across the street to Home Depot. Mike in Home Depot's appliance department was very patient and knowledgeable in assisting us with our dishwasher decision.

My daughter recently purchased a home with massive problems, and as a result, I have spent tens of thousands on repairs, including a considerable sum to Lowes in Apopka, FL. From flooring to doors to baseboards to appliances and blinds and thousands in plumbing fixtures and lighting, I used Lowes as my one-stop-shop. Let me start with the flooring debacle. The vinyl planking itself is lovely. The new baseboards (throughout the entire house) should not have been that complicated. My complaint is two-fold. First with the salesperson Jimmy, who redid the contract 3 times and continued to charge us more money after the contract was signed. I paid twice but refused the third time. He seemed confused about the math and ordered the incorrect quantity. My second flooring problem was with the installers, Keller Interiors. The job was left in various stages, requiring scores of phone calls and personal visits to the store. Trash was left. We had to call. Some of the baseboards were not replaced. The caulking was atrocious. The transitions were not completed. It was a disaster from start to finish. I stopped calling because I had simply had enough. The baseboard caulking remains sloppy. We purchased several appliances. The washer was not connected correctly, requiring more calls and another repair person. The dishwasher was broken and it took a couple weeks to get another. We finally had an appointment but the installer cancelled at the last minute. The repairman who came did end up being quite competent. The blinds were done correctly but the installers tried to come before the store got the blinds in. More calls. The guy who installed them was the best of all the installation people we had in the home. Plus, he was extremely considerate. And there then was an exterior door that took well over 2 months. The contract was redone (I never found out why) and the permit wasn't applied for and it went on and on. I called. I visited. I asked for Rudy the manager but was not allowed to speak to him (he never reached out to me after being told he would call). The door was unceremoniously dropped in the middle of the garage over a month before the permit was secured. I had to call to have the store remove the door until it could be installed. Why was a permit even required when the regulating authority doesn't even come out to check the work? The permit was over $300! Or was it $400?Did I mention that I purchased a couple thousand dollars worth of plumbing and lighting fixtures? Thankfully we hired our own excellent plumber and handyman. The house still needs new windows. Guess where I will NOT be buying them from? Lowes has decent products but the installers are, well . . .

You'd think it would be simple to find a rack to hang your Broom, dustpan and other Misc items. But... no, ask a sales associate and they direct u to the aisle with Mops and vrooms. Ask someone in that Dept and "we r to new to tell u." Ask the head cashier and she has to look it up on her phone and still couldn't give me an aisle location!WTF nobody could give a Def answer! More training perhaps is needed but not shopping at this location for now! Worst service ever!
