So nice of them to offer instead of watching me struggle! It's an older building, with a few outside machines, but all worked well, and the machines that were broken seemed to be well labeled.”

“I love the cleanliness of the place, and that I can use an app to pay to wash my clothes. I would give this place a 5 if the staff offered better customer service. It depends on who is working. One of the attendants is very nice and helpful. However, most of them stay hidden away in the office with the door closed. So when you need to use the restroom because the restrooms stay locked, they act like you are interrupting them by asking them to unlock the door. I'm pretty sure they are not getting paid to sit in the office watching videos on their phones all day, but that what they do, if not sleeping.”
