This boutique is one of the best ever. Reasonable prices and wonderful staff. Grace is a pure charm and blessing to the ladies. Even if I can’t afford to buy I love watching the lives. They feel like a part of my family. Everything I have purchased I loved.

It's just ok. I used to love this boutique, but as they grew they started to buy anything and everything. Some of it junk. Plus prices are high.

I wanted to send a thank you to Grace and Co Boutique for the great work everyone is doing there. From intake bringing in great news products, getting them ready for lives so we can buy néw things, to the customer service ladies that do an amazing job daily answering emails and doing what they do best by taking care of customers that way, to the wonderful ladies on the lives that put together wonderful outfits so we can see how to style them, to the wonderful shipping team.

I have been a faithful customer to this brand, and the last order I made was missing for 10 days! 10 days!! I was told by one of their customer service reps that they couldn’t do anything for me (mind you this was NOT a small and cheap order). I did everything I needed to do on my end, however Krista still insisted that it was out of her hands, and that they would not file a claim with USPS (not sure why not as every package sent priority comes covered with insurance). All I have done is order and support this business, and I feel they do not care about their loyal customers one bit. It’s all about selling and making sales, not true customer service. Super disappointed with Grace & Co.

I actually work there Grace and her husband are great people.Very kind and caring.My supervisor Justin is really, cool, and funny ,and laid back . Cool guy.It a nice place to work and shop the clothes there, are well picked, and very stylish, and comfortable to wear, they have have beautiful handbag, ect.
