“My sister and I were visiting Lakeside Inn on July 8th and we must say we were provided service by two wonderful employees. Cory the bartender, not only made a great drink but even suggested trying another take on the drink I ordered. Not bad, not bad at all. She was very sweet. Then we decided to have lunch at the inn. We were serviced by Jordan the waitress. She was fabulous. She was correct with confirming the veggie burger was great and her service was quick and very professional. Many times we take our servers for granted but these two ladies made us feel super duper. Congrats Cory and Jordan. Hope we see you again on our next visit.

“We chose this hotel quickly as we needed a same day reservation. We were a little unsure due to some of the other reviews but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean and appears well kept from the outside and the rooms were newly remodeled, comfortable and most importantly clean. Gina at the front desk was wonderful. She was kind and helpful and even attempted to call our rooms to make sure we were happy after checking in. The breakfast in the morning could use some protein options, but overall it was a good stay!
Oh and the Mexican restaurant next door was wonderful!”

“Room was not what I expected. When I ask for handicap room the door shouldn't be difficult to open.
Rooms: Room ok. Should be easier for handicap people in a handicap room.
Nearby activities: Not long to Disney or sporting stadiums.
Safety: Was good. Felt really good about that.”

“Great customer service and accommodation for Me and my Mom who is disabled. Affordable stay, I stayed for 2 weeks and I really enjoyed my stay. Location is near a Walmart and a few restaurants walking distance and plenty of gas station if you are not driving. Laundry room was clean and staff were very respectful and professional. “This is an older Best Western in a not so great neighborhood but it is fenced well and within walking distance of Camping World Stadium.
The reason for the four stars was, there was no soap in the room and the soft drink vending machine was about empty.
Getting soap was not a problem and they were very friendly at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The rooms were clean, my pictures were taken right before I checked out.
Walkability: You can easily walk to Camping World Stadium”

“I would really like to say thank you to the staff here . They all are so polite . I'm a military vet staying here waiting on my new apartment. I have been here months everyday they all are so kind. I'd like to really reckonize Holly . She brought my washed sheets after staying late to get it done. Her and Stephanee, all front desk . Even the security guards always very nice say hello ask how I'm doing . I know in few months have go to the new place. I just hope where ever I go I have atleast one person as good as them . 5 stars from me .”

“It was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant customer service. I arrived after midnight and happened to show up right when the receptionist had stepped away but he wasn't gone for super long and was apologetic about it.
The only complaint is that the water smelled like campsite water. I'm sure it's the city's fault, but it's still an area of improvement for the hotel.
The breakfast was better than nothing, but one of the worst continental breakfasts I've had in terms of hot food quality. The hard boiled eggs in the fridge sit in a pool of questionable water in the fridge so that wasn't pleasant.
But the dining area was clean, I didn't see any food safety issues, they even had a sneeze shield so they do go above and beyond on safety. Just cheap hot food, that's all.
It's a good baseline to judge other hotels by though. I came to this one because at a different hotel I saw a bug crawling on my bed, so hey I'll take minor inconvenience over safety issue any day. I'd still recommend this joint. :)”
