It was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant customer service. I arrived after midnight and happened to show up right when the receptionist had stepped away but he wasn't gone for super long and was apologetic about it.
The only complaint is that the water smelled like campsite water. I'm sure it's the city's fault, but it's still an area of improvement for the hotel.
The breakfast was better than nothing, but one of the worst continental breakfasts I've had in terms of hot food quality. The hard boiled eggs in the fridge sit in a pool of questionable water in the fridge so that wasn't pleasant.
But the dining area was clean, I didn't see any food safety issues, they even had a sneeze shield so they do go above and beyond on safety. Just cheap hot food, that's all.
It's a good baseline to judge other hotels by though. I came to this one because at a different hotel I saw a bug crawling on my bed, so hey I'll take minor inconvenience over safety issue any day. I'd still recommend this joint. :)

I have stayed a couple of times for work, there are not many options in the city. Clean hotel. Easy access.
Breakfast included but all processed, however there are some foods such as fruit, "healthy" yogurt. What they should improve is a (female) person at reception. She's very rude, doesn't she help you to the point of answering "will you want to stay yes or no"? Other than that, the stays have been quiet.

I left another local hotel just to try another, knowing I will be back in Apopka soon. My first 2 nights here turned into 5 more. Absolutely one of the cleanest hotels I've been in. I came and went often and believe the fact that every time I did, I saw staff cleaning something. Really a stand out feature next that went well with a great staff. Everyone I interacted with was appreciated. Front desk through the breakfast staff and cleaning crew were wonderful. I will be back.

I was unable to go to my reservation because I fell and possibly broke my wrist. I called that night to let them know I would not be able to check in however, when I got corporate, they were unable to give me a refund, but said that the manager should be able to do that I did the next morning to the manager to get the refund when I called. She was very cold, would not give me a refund, and stated I was put down as a no-show after I had called and let them know I couldn’t be there. I would just be very careful booking this hotel

They robbed me and made up a reservation that I didn't make after telling me that there was no room at the hotel. I will look for another hotel and I had to go with my family somewhere else because supposedly my card didn't work, but this card did work to charge for a no-show for a reservation that I didn't make, it's a theft.

Very nice. My room was spotless and had been sanitized. Looking forward to a good hot breakfast and some coffee in the morning when I wake up.
Update: not sure how many months since I've been here, but everything is just as nice as it was the last time. This is my go-to hotel when I come to Apopka. Everybody is so nice and helpful.

It was a really comfortable place to stay! It was close to the training school, easy to get to, and the bed was comfortable. The only draw back was a minor problem with the shower curtain and rod. But with a little maintenance it will be no issue. Good place to stay overnight or for a few days!
