First time at Hair Cuttery (you’re always nervous to have someone new do your hair), but pleasantly surprised.
Emily was great. Chill girl, respected my wishes, and will request again. I’m just upset my heavy haired blowout didn’t stay longer.

Came to return a mousse that I was sold at a different location that I did not use. Two older women told me that they didn't know how to return an item. Unfortunately they did not attempt to call anyone for help so they just said to come back later. I was pretty upset about this and left a bad review and sent something through their website as well. This same evening a manager from this location personally called me to apologize and informed me that my return had indeed been sent through. I greatly appreciate the service of this lady, so thank you very much.

Setting an appointment online is absolutely useless as you won't be on their "appointment book". I had an appointment set for 945, booked online with an account and the best they could reschedule me to was 1200. I don't think so, thanks for nothing.

My son grew his hair out over a year for a mullet. The hairdresser said it was an easy cut and she could do it. She cut off 90% of his hair making his mullet impossible. I was in tears as well as my son. It took him a year to grow it out for her to decide it was going to look better her way. Even showed her Theo von for reference. Looks like an Edgar cut with a Mohawk. She then decided she needed to shampoo it even after I said no. She said it was the only way to do a mullet. Up charged me for it. I will never return. Next time I know to never trust a chain. Do not come here.

My daughter and I just had our nails done at business next door and popped in to see if they wash, trim and blow dry my daughter's hair since she has a cast on her dominant hand. She hasn't been able to have her hair fixed properly.
This is the first time we've ever been here.
We must have gone at right time because they were able to get her right in.
My daughter felt at ease and pampered. All the stylists were all smiles and were not rushing clients out of the chair to get the next client. It seemed as if each client got top treatment.
My daughter's hair looked and felt clean and fresh. She will definitely be back.

Requested style: Emily was amazing. Her suggestions were on point for what my 15 year old daughter wanted. She rearranged her schedule to accommodate us. After a 4.5 hour process and Emily staying late just to make sure my daughters hair was perfect was so much appreciated. We will definitely be back for her. Thank you Emily!
