Horrible experience with this enterprise location. I have rented from multiple Enterprise locations over the years and never had an issue up until now. I made my reservation online and got a confirmation number. Once I arrived to the Orlando airport and before I took the Uber to the Apopka enterprise location, I called this office just to be told that they didn't have a car available for me. I was shocked. How could a company let me reserve something when the didn't have availability? How could they know they did not have availability and yet not even bother to call me ahead of time to let me know this issue ? I asked this question to the person on the phone and he simply said that he "was too busy to call". Then I called Enterprise corporate and even though my case was "escalated" and had been routed to a regional manager, I still did not get any call or email from them. That is it for me and Enterprise Car Rental. Never again doing business with you.

They don’t know customer service at all. If I could I would say on here what I think about there managers there. Without even knowing a persons situation I love how they were so rude then told me I don’t have to rent a car to you good bye. Never would I ever have anyone I know rent a car from them. I use to rent from them before but I guess as they kept saying they are new people working here now. No problem HERTZ it is no worries for me.

I had a terrible experience here. I’ve rented cars through Enterprise for years. I am a Rewards customer and have never had any issues with returning or renting vehicles in any other location. I was turned away here and refused my booked free rental day over $2.36 which they wanted paid on the same card as the deposit. This was never an issue with the customer service representative by telephone the day before. In addition at this location I was led to a vehicle which was damaged and NOT a midsize car. I’ve never had anyone pull this kind of a stunt either. To make it all worse, a district manager was supposed to call me right away to discuss what happened and never ever did. The entire ordeal was bizarre and odd and the persons I dealt with were extremely shady and dishonest.

So let me start by saying this place is a joke. How is it that a person can rent a car from this location and have someone else that they brought with them to help pay before and now all of a sudden they won't do it. People just don't know how to talk and then think by kicking someone out will make it right. Dont say well that person probably isn't with the company. Tell me rules have changed since then which right when I was about to be like ok rules have changed another manager tells me stop going in circles and did the same in explaining in circles, then proceeds to tell me to leave he doesn't have to rent a car out to me. Horrible horrible place

Made a reservation for a full size pickup. Arrive & management kept repeating they didnt have one. Instead of resolving the issue. They simply had excuses.

I will admit that the staff was pleasant and nice, but I feel as if they were a bit deceptive. I booked a sedan and upon arrival they informed me that they did not have any sedans "available" forcing me to upgrade and of course spend more money. I am not sure why the system would allow me to book a vehicle that was not available but any way....When I returned the vehicle I returned it with a full tank of gas. Upon checking my final receipt that was sent to my email I was charged an exorbitant amount for 3 gallons of gas. I found it to be deceptive for the staff to allow me to return the vehicle, chat with me about personal topics but not give me a full explanation of the charges until I checked the digital receipt sent via email. It was my 1st time renting from this establishment and certainly my last.

Customer Service is really good here. Unfortunately I called ahead to confirm a vehicle a reserved would be available. I arrived and it wasn’t. In fact there were zero cars available. The response was the reservations line does not know the inventory and should not have confirmed. Left me in a bind. Enterprise as a whole should update their system and process.

It was a busy day at when I picked up the car but they were quick. Brandon was great when showing/checking the car. Everyone was wonderful. Returning after hours was simple.

My spouse and I have rented a car from Enterprise and the entire experience was superb. They picked us up at a Collision store and brought us to their store. The paperwork and staff were both efficient and smooth. The vehicle was clean and had a full tank of gas. The Ford Rav4 was comfortable and a great choice. It is so easy to highly recommend this car rental store.

I’m review is long overdue however, I had a fantastic experience at Enterprise Car Rental thanks to Kelsey! He went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade on my rental car and even threw in an extra day at no cost. Kelsey's exceptional service made my trip more enjoyable, and I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental, especially with associates like Kelsey who prioritize customer satisfaction. I have had to lease a Car twice from Enterprise in less than a 3 week span when My personal Car was being repaired. The entire process was so stress-free and everyone at the Apopka branch was courteous and professional. The Manager went out of His way to make Me feel at ease and I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know as I will be leasing again Myself as a satisfied Customer.

Great experience at this facility. I have rented other locations in the past, but this location has exceptional customer service from the manager Mr. Aroun who helped me and Kelcy who processed all the paperwork. Everyone there was great and this is my new preferred location. Thank you so much!

This location was picked by our insurance company, and we were told they would call us within an hour. We didn't hear from them for a few days (strike 1).We called them and were told they had two cars (Corolla and Versa), and we said we would be there in 30 minutes, and we were there in 20.Upon arriving, they say they don't have any cars, only a minivan and a truck (strike 2).When we asked if they have ANY car, the manager comes up, and instead of asking us why we came to this branch or if he can help search for a car in another branch, he straight up says "when an insurance companies promises a car, we can give you any vehicle". STRIKE 3. Is he so stupid or terrible at customer service he doesn't understand or even try to ask why we took time off our work and drove to this branch instead of going to any other branch to get a car?Common Enterprise, I've had a better experience with you guys before. What's with this branch? After this, we called two other branches, and they told us what they had and what they didn't, and to check or reserve in the evening. Simple!
