Great experience buying a shed thru Empire. Shed's are expensive but great quality with the ability to add power to the shed if you like. The delivery company they use had some scheduling issues but installed the shed safely and didn't damage our property. Would definitely recommend for a quality shed.

Placed an order on 4/16/21 for a shed. No response from the company since then. Several calls to check on delivery date. No response. Sent e-mail yesterday. No response yet. Very disappointing.Service: Custom shed design

Katrina was amazing. She was very patient met with me many times. No pressure to buy at all. It took a while for delivery but it was well worth it. Shed movers also did an amazing job very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

The agent I met was super nice. I have not decided what I want to do yet, but she was so kind and didn't make me feel anything except completely welcome. If I were to purchase a shed or metal building I would go to her. I'm pretty sure this business has been around a long time.

Terrible customer service. Did not explain the permitting process and misquoted the price of pulling a permit. I would not recommend this company.

Katrina and Empire sheds were great! I was able to customize my Robin shed exactly the way I wanted it and these sheds are built to last. Looked at the competitors and Empire had better built sheds. Ordered a 12'x26' and was delivered and set by a delivery company Empire uses and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Got it placed in the exact spot i wanted. We are very happy with our whole experience with Empire.
