Have been with this company for years. Came on a busy day, they urged me to come in with an appointment. Came on appointment day for rotation with decent tread and the guy recommended 3 new tires. Please. Waste of time, twice.

Seriously the best Tire Company ever! I bought my 4 tires and made an appointment online a day before. Pulled in the day of the appointment and immediately an Associate came out and took my information. 10 mins after they pulled my Car in and 25 mins later, they were finished. Whoever is running this particular DT, kudos to You! The best Customer Service/Experience ever!

I have always been a fan of Discount Tire, and our experience with the Apopka store confirmed that opinion. While the replacement of tires on our Airstream resulted in accidental damage, the manager handled the situation with integrity and grace, and we were reimbursed for the repair without any issue. I will return to this store for all our future tires. The guys here are all friendly and attentive.

For years my husband has insisted that we go to Discount Tires. Today I'm writing a review to say, I appreciate these guys. Whether I'm stopping in for an air check, a tire repair, or a tire replacement, the men here are cordial and helpful. No one has EVER been rude or curt. Thanks so much for getting me in and out in just over one hour this morning.
