I called and Ray picked up and was super nice. Then I was lost and weren’t sure were to go he helped me get here and was super nice about helping me get here.Ray was super sweet and nice once arriving.He printed my papers in a quick manner.Then when I got ready to pay he said on the house.Which was super sweet of him.Will be back ‼️Thank you Mr.Ray

I needed a same-day job and I submitted it early in the morning. I asked them to let me know if they couldn't print my full-color poster by midday, and they replied by 8:30am saying they could and asking for more clarifying details of the project. It was ready before I had asked! It's nice to have the job submission on the site so it's easy, even if it's not during business hours. Great to work with - they do what they say, and quickly.

As a small business owner, I have been using Design and Print Solutions for almost 2 years. I have ALWAYS been happy with their products and customer service. Today, my teen needed something printed for his year long project. He asked to go to a "big business" office supply to have a huge poster printed. As I realized what he was doing, I forward file and requested quote from DPS too. The big business quoted triple the price that DPS gave us and we would have to wait 24 hours for poster. Within one hour of approving DPS to print, my kid had poster. I can't say enough of DPS customer service, products, and services. BUT, today, they made my teen feel like their number one client. Thank you for an awesome experience!
