I purchased a phone, I did not like the quality of the camera and when I went to return they phone they told me that the box was damaged because I wrote on it and will not return my money. I did NOT write on the box, the associate that sold me the phone wrote on it. The manager "Lizzie" said that they checked the cameras to prove the associate did not write on the box. That is a complete lie, because they managed to "check" the camera for my transaction without even asking for any of my information, also they were somehow able to watch the whole 45 transaction in less than 5 minutes. Do not buy from them, they are very crooked!!Look at the picture I attached, what customer would write that on their box???
