I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. The worker named Jose really really went above and beyond to help me out. I have never appreciated customer service like that before in my life and I am in the customer service business myself. “They have a wide variety of appliances to choose from, good prices, and warranty options. They do accept Best Buy Credit cards with up to 18 months 0 interest rate. They also accept other methods of payment. Their delivery service is NOT free. Other than that they have friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will use them again.”
