Took my wife to this location to purchase a sectional explain to manager that we were strictly doing pre-approval because we had not been notified of an upcoming move in date. Did application was approved that day next thing we get a 58.00 bill had now even received a delivery date finally we get a date to move in 9/7 we tell them the date they tell us we gotta pay 125.00 cause they started the agreement the day we came in to do application. The application starts when we come in to pay not when we do an application. Need location manager contact me asap this young lady is a truly dishonest person and should be fired when I call for corporate number she refused when I ask for. District manager name she stated he had been sick and hadn’t been working turns out corporate stated his name is Matt baker and he had not been out sick I’m gonna give the general manager a couple days to reach out with a solution, before taking this further

My wife went in to find a nice table and they said to her you can find a cheap one in Marshall’s or Ross that to me is absurd !! The level of disrespect is insane, She can afford anything or everything in there ??♂️ DO BETTER !!

This company keeps charging my cards and I have asked them NOT to store my card on file. This has happen to each card that I make a payment with. I have been on the phone waiting for the General Manager for over 25 mins. Do rent with this company. They are a rip off. I'm paying over $2000 for a use washer and dyer. I highly recommend going elsewhere

A bunch of want to be thugs trying to act tough working for a furniture store. Don’t expect any professionalism here. Made a call to simply ask for a manager and was bounced around and was talked down to. Wouldn’t do business here and their drivers are cutting multiple people off on I4 with no signals. These complaints will fall on deaf ears. Steer clear.

Product's are good service is good the only problem is the try to charge your credit card without your permission even though you have asked them on many occasions not to do this.

If you don't want bed bugs, constant harassment, calls on your home phone and cell phone all times of the night, pop ups at your house everyday DO NOT BUY, RENT, LOOK, SEE, TOUCH anything at this place. The employees are just like bedbugs I had in my house from there furniture, when I reported it they ignored my calls but I had there stuff for three weeks before I lost my job when I missed a payment thats the only time I heard from them. The worst one there is Stuart he is SO DAMN DISRESPECTFUL especially to women. If he talk to customers like this I can see why they can't keep no employees there. He is so rude, he must get paid extra for talking to people the way he do. If you want great furniture at a price you can afford without the bedbugs and harassment go to Aarons 415 Barton Blvd in rockledge, fl 32955 and go see Andre or James I guarantee you will not regret it. I'm a single mom that was put in the worse situation a mother wants to be put in and Andre and james were so understanding and helped me and my kids. I will always be grateful to them. Stuart you know what you can do with your bedbugs and your furniture.
