I purchased a case and screen protector, which unknowingly cracked less than 24hours. They even applied the screen on to the phone wrong but was in a hurry I didn't notice at the time. I came back and wasn't honored with a refund. Terrible customer service.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I switched services from boost and they still autopay my account .They apparently cannot cancel payments and I have to call my bank to dispute. Every month, they try to put your card on autopay! If I decline the first time, don’t ask again!No information for corporate, no supervisors can do it! I literally just got robbed!!!Currently heading to the BBB

Love going to this T-Mobile location, customer service is great and the staff is super knowledgeable. Ask for Stephanie, she always helps me and makes me aware of all their great promos. She introduced me to my rose colored Apple Watch, I set up a line and and she gave me a quick 101 class.
