“Kameel got me riding again! Sounds crazy but I was almost afraid to get on my bike. Riding my normal 20 mile training route (1 hour), I suddenly started getting saddle soars. Everything kept pointing me to hygiene and I knew that wasn't the problem. This was pressure induced and in the exact same spot every time I rode. I had a bike fit done before. Bikes don't change, we do... That's why I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to see Coach Kameel. Finding fitters at his level was impossible where I used to live. Using the Retul Bike Fit system and his experience, Kameel was able to determine what I really needed was a different style saddle. A quick trip downstairs to a local bike shop under his studio and he was able to bring up a perfect saddle for me. Since getting the new saddle and fitting a month ago, I've logged 17 rides, totaling 340 miles without even discomfort, let alone any sores. I will be going back to see Kameel at MotionFit as a regular part of my cycling journey and highly recommend his service to anyone.”

“AMAZING customer service from Rebecca! I went in and was immediately greeted by her and right away she was very helpful. I told her that I had already done a bit of research and wanted to purchase a Checkpoint Sl5 in a specific color and frame size. She quickly walked me over and showed me the bike, explained to me all the carbon specific features of the bike (I’d mentioned to her it would be my first carbon bike) and then got me set up for a test ride. This is be my third Trek bike and this was by far the best sales rep I’ve had. She was knowledgeable about the product and all the accessories for the bike. Where she blew it out of the park was with the small issue I had with the trek financing, I had paid it off the morning of thinking it would update and let me use it in full, but sadly I was wrong and could not. She tried multiple times calling different people to try and get the issue resolved even though I kept insisting that it was fine and could just pay the difference. Even though this store is a bit further away, I will be returning because the staff was awesome to deal with. I didn’t catch the name of the Spanish gentleman who was with her (I think she was training him on some things) but he was also really nice and awesome to talk to. Keep up the great work guys!
