Our experience at this store was wonderful. Malik gave us the most outstanding customer service. He made us feel like family. The sectional we purchased is beautiful and very comfortable, we were even able to purchase a recliner couch for my parents, between Kanes and Babettes, this place was superior.

I am so very upset. I went in about 2 weeks ago and there was a couch on clearance and I loved it wanted to pay for it that day but since we are in the middle of closing on our house we wouldn't want it delivered until we can have it delivered at the new house the sales associate said they couldn't store the item for us. We came back just hoping it was still there and it was gone and we talked to a new sales associate and he said that they could of stored it for us. So now I will never return to badcock!

I am so very upset. Horrible service, I wen to this specific. Furniture store I was looking for a sectional,First of all. No one greeted me the store was empty. Nobody came up to me. And wen I ask. About the finance option. He told to across the street to thrift store I came out of that store. Thinking really So I’m not good enough for this store .

Where do I start. Don’t believe what they tell you. I didn’t read the paperwork thoroughly when I bought my furniture. That’s my bad. However, I know I wasn’t told the end of November like my paperwork said. When I questioned why I couldn’t get a date I was told no furniture store could give me a date. Second, an item I bought was supposed to be taken off the floor but of course it wasn’t. I ended up canceling my order and going to Ashley furniture and guess what… it gets delivered on Oct 5th. Funny how I got a date huh…

We were in need of a new mattress and Michael did an outstanding job working with us to find the right mattress, and we even got a new couch and coffee table as well. Price was on par with every other furniture store in the area and selection was great. Very happy with the process from start to finish

Really in love with this store. They are honest and thoughtful. Michael went over and above find what fits us and he is amazing but the others there are really great too. We were so happy with our purchase that we returned to buy more.?

Went in the store 3 days after a c-section. I really needed a recliner to sleep in because my bed was too high for me to sleep in. The store representative helped me find the perfect chair within a matter of minutes. Even went out of his way to get it approved for me to take the chair home that same day. I am in love with this chair and forever grateful for his service!!!
