We love our 2022 F150 Lariat which is a step up from our 2017 F150 XLT. Would highly recommend you give these folks a chance next time you are looking for a truck or car.”

“The entire team was so professional! Mark, Victoria, Emily. Only one who was not is somebody that works there. He had the poor guys doing all the work to try and get my car to me on time. All I kept hearing from the back of the store was complaining and not wanting to do anything the manager asked. All he did was sit and not help to at least clean the car, other than that, very very great place and do recommend taking your car there.”

“To all my Tiffin and diesel engine friends if you are in the Orlando area and have a Freightliner issue this is where to go! Got ready to pull out of Disney campground and my Tiffin bus Def alarm was going off. Went to this location and was met immediately at the gate by the service writer. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the whole crew from the time I arrived and in Three hours I was out of there with a new def pick up unit replaced in the tank. J.J. my tech went over board to get it out and back in as fast as he could to get me back on the road! Thanks again to the whole crew!”

“My adjuster, Nick, was phenomenal! My car looks good as new and he was very communicative through the entire process. When I dropped off the vehicle, Nick told me he would call me every Tuesday and Thursday with an update and he did exactly that. There was a slight delay due to waiting for one part, but he made sure to communicate that with me so I was aware. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and kind. One went above and beyond by contacting me to let me know I dropped an earpod so I could come back and get it! Incredible customer service all around!”

“I was passing through and my truck was making some noises so i pulled into the Walmart parking lot to inspect it myself. I found the issue, so I stopped in to the Auto Care Center and even though they seemed busy the manager came out and took care of me. While checking in, though, there were 2 empty counters and 1 guy on the phone forever. Would have been nice to see more employees working to help people waiting in line.”
