The employees at this place were very knowledgeable and helpful when I needed assistance with my first net account. Renaldo was definitely committed to customer service even though I was extremely irritated when I arrived there. Thanks again for your help and I left there in a better mood then when I arrived.

Went to AT&T to switch over to AT&T and Ray assisted me and my husband. There were a few people waiting and 2 employees and Ray handled everyone with kindness and urgency. Ray was really nice and I am grateful to be an AT&T customer again.

Very good customer service in store however the in home expert didn't do his job all they did was tell me to go to the store to figure it out
