Bad customer service, the store manager Thomas doesn't have the actitud to work and treat people. He discriminate the customer specially women. VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON.

I wouldn’t even give them a one ! I moved into a townhouse that someone had a tank to heat a hot tub. I have called numerous times for them to pick up the eyesore, they assure me they will, but never hear from them! Very unreliable.

I brought a new unused 20- gallon propane tank to get it filled. Rusty scale that didn't move, and about 3- gallons doled out on their meter. I asked the attendant if the tank was filled, and was given the brush off of an answer: "I don't know, maybe your gauge is bad... it shut off when it's full. Maybe it's you..." He didn't have any inclination to verify the refill, and stopped paying attention to or discussion. My tank has a gauge, and this was the least of concerns towards a customer. So I ask you: does this look full? How about you Amerigas?

After some shity customer service with a hundred pound propane tank they ended up not being able to fill it because the s***'s broken down.

I have been without gas for 5 days. I have yet to receive any call backs for when they will fix the leak. Only way I got them to respond was to threaten with going with someone else. As per their team. I will not have gas until following week. Which would be 8 days. Not acceptable

Stopped by to fill two tanks on a Saturday afternoon. Nice gentleman filled the tanks and was polite to us. Fair pricing on the gas. I am sure it can get hectic when a Hurricane is barreling down on Orlando, but we will be using these guys going forward. Its a propane filling business. We shouldn't expect bells and whistles. Honest fast service is enough for me.

I should've known from my first call. I asked what time they were open until (4th July). Man who answered said what are you calling for? I replied “Amerigasâ€. He replied he just refills for Amerigas, never answered my original question. I drive over with my new tank and go inside and ask how much for a refill. He said how big a tank, I said I don't know for sure as I just bought it, just a regular size. He derided me for not knowing the size of the tank and just take it over to the refill station and pointed outside. I said “Nice customer serviceâ€. He replied “We don't have customer service hereâ€. I left without the refill and and extra backup Amerigas tank I had planned to purchase.

Dude refused to give me a price over the phone for a tank refill. What a joke. He would only say come in and I'll give you the price. I refuse to shop there.

My mother just drove to this location after we called to see if they still have propane and they tried to charge her $89 for a refilll!!! They are taking advantage of hurricane Irma and I will be reporting them!!

In the path of Hurricane Irma, this was one of the ONLY places in Apopka that still has propane. They promptly refilled my tank for a fee of $17.99!!! Thank you
