My inducer motor was malfunctioned and I have shopped around for two weeks as most of the accessory vendor just listed it as back-ordered, or it was just sold out. I did contact a few of them and Allied Controls was the only one did get back to me promptly. Dale was very professional and respectful to his customers, this is the best customer experience I haven't received for years. I will definitely look forward to doing business with you again in the future

I spoke to James about rebuilding an old Cla-Val PRV with the numbers worn off. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The parts were in stock and prices were reasonable. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and prices. I needed a fan controller, and other vendors simply reported out of stock. My local vendor wouldn’t sell direct to the public. I easily found the part on Allied’s website and placed the order. Jeff emailed me directly to let me know the current factory lead time and confirm that I still wanted to order. He got the order going right away, and the part arrived when he predicted it would. I hope I don’t need more parts any time soon, but I’ll definitely go to them if I do.

Great prices and customer service. I ordered a Siemens actuator online and was able to pick it up from their location same day. Really helped me out in an emergency.

Do not purchase from this company. It doesn't honor it's "no hassle" return policy. There are so many exclusions that they do not list, they find many reasons to deny your return even though it is defective and doesn't work. Then he makes up reasons why YOU damaged it even when there are no signs of damage. They have a return policy for defective products, yet if you try it and it turns out to be defective, you can no longer return it because you opened it. That is effectively a no-return policy for defective products. The manager Mike doesn't take responsibility for stated policy and blames the customer for all sorts of unfounded reasons, threatening the customer suspecting you of fraud, etc. What a nightmare to deal with this dishonest reseller. Avoid at all costs. It's not worth dealing with these crooks.
