I went to this lab because I was told that the staff was really nice and fast. I arrived and there was this lady in the front desk, I think her name was Mercedes or something like that, and she was very rude. I stood in front of her and called her name but she was so deep into whatever she was watching on her phone and snacking that she couldn't hear me. I went and sat down for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting for her to get off of her phone and at some point I just decided to leave and go to another facility closer into town because I thought that this was unprofessional. Please revise who you put at the front desk.

The staff especially the the Black tech and yes I said Black are very rude. You come no good Morning to know one. Then Na’Tasha mainly is disrespectful and rude and was not I said Lord have Mercy she wants to be nice. Then to wait an hour in a very cold building only have one bathroom and the other lady who must be new I ask may I use another bathroom because I needed to get she was rude. They need customers service training again. I have had better service at Winter Park and Rollins Hospital than this location.
I will never use this location again and I will make sure to tell people I know not to come to Apopka location.

Kind, prompt, and efficient. My appointment was made for a different location but they went above and beyond to get my labs taken care of. Results are posted directly to my doctor

They have always been on time and attentive. Today they went above and beyond to help me. My only complaint would be to have a direct line to them. I called today and was on hold for 25 minutes due to their not being a direct phone line.

Horrible experience, ladies at the front on a Saturday, 5/7/23 rude. Bo compassion for elders. Worst experience ever. Had to go to Quest lab.

They get a little busy, but they have really good flabotamists. Staff is friendly and service is quick.

If there was an option to leave a 10/10 I would. I have had nothing but bad experiences when getting my blood drawn in the past. This facility helped to alleviate all of those memories. Ms. Tenna did a great job and made the process smoother than it has ever been. For that I am grateful.

I arrived to the lab without an appointment first thing in the morning, knowing it would be busy, but to my surprise I did not have to wait very long at all. There were technical difficulties due to an EMR change and Tenna did not let that trip her up. She was flexible and took the time to navigate a way to ensure I was able to get my labs drawn. As a nurse practitioner, I am aware of how important it is to have patient labs to ensure they are well cared for and being on the patient end has me appreciate Tenna's willingness to go above and beyond to help me when it would have been easy to dismiss the challenges. If I could give 100 stars I would. Please acknowledge her and let her know what a true gift she is to the organization

I am not the type of person that does reviews however my experience was really great. I had very experiences in the past getting bood draw as my veins are just hard to find. Mindy did it so great all in one time and without any pain. She definitely changed my perception about getting labs done. Thank you awesome job in and out in 5 min.

This location is very convenient and doesn’t have a long wait. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. Christelle is wonderful and gentle.

Great experience, was in and out in less than 10 minutes as an early morning walk in. Mindy drew my blood; she was very nice and did a great job as well.
