Had a nail (or maybe a screw) in my tire. Took it in late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get to it and patch it quickly, easily, and reasonably. Would definitely bring my tire troubles to them.

Excellent customer service!! I arrive at Mavis almost at closing time with a nail in my tire. I thought this was going to be so hard and would get bad news, but Christopher made everything so smooth and fast thank you very much for making my night. Christopher was very patient and very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

I came in for a tire sensor check, there was a mis understanding from my part thinking my car will be done with in 45 mins and from the employe Chris that thought I was dropping the car off.
The manager Simon reach out by calling me, asking about the incident and we both agree it was a mis understanding, not only Simon took the time to reach out and asked, he asked me to bring the car in to be service, which I did. Once done which a sensor was replace, he didn’t charge me for the services, he replied for the inconvenience.
I was specking a discount, but not to be charge that’s says a lot about management caring about customer service

This place is the best. I was stranded next door at Valvoline. In the garage, I went over to Mavis and told Zee that my jeep was not cutting on. Zee and a couple of guys came over to see what the problem was with the vehicle.
The people at Valvoline thought it was the starter. Zee and the team tested the battery and found out that was the problem. They gave me a jump start, got me into the garage, and had me out within fifteen minutes just in time for work. I'm definitely coming back.I really appreciate Zee and the team for what they did for me

I’ve always received the best service at Mavis Tires! The staff goes above and beyond to help me with any vehicle problems. Zee is very informative, explains in depth and provides the best customer service. I had a small tire issue and he was able to patch it up in no time!! Thank you!!!

Zee over at this Mavis Apopka location made the process very easy going and helped me to find the right tires for my SUV no time was wasted he is very polite and got my car in and out with some of the best customer service I've ever received I will definitely be returning to Zee and Mavis Tires

The guys are so nice I was in and out in 40 min this is my second time going there within 2 weeks for two different tires but they got me in and patched both tires up. 100% recommend going here.
