**This is the 7Eleven at Thompson and 436.
The owners of this place are literally the most rude, obnoxious, entitled people of any gas station in or around Apopka. I would highly recommend not giving this business a single cent of your hard-earned money. I have lived in Apopka my entire life. 35 years. And I can assure you, I will never again go to this location. They have been disgustingly rude to me as a customer, and also as an Uber driver. It really doesn't make any sense. I have also seen them be rude to and talk down to multiple other customers as well. It's both the older man ad the older woman that I have both seen and personally experienced this with. I don't understand how you can move to our city, and then have such a disgusting sense of entitlement, And feel justified in being rude to, and belittling, your customers. It's also the dirtiest 7-Eleven around. If you want to throw your money to people who do not value, appreciate, or respect you, this is the place for you. Otherwise, choose another gas station that actually appreciates your business.

Whoever worked last nights graveyard shift (I came around 1:30am on 12/27/23) deserves to be fired, and it's surprising he hasn't been already. That's especially true considering I was told before my first experience with this individual that he's lazy and keeps the doors locked while he sits around eating until the 5am shift change. 24hr store by the way that he claimed is closed, systems down, truck is coming, all these contradicting excuses which I know is him being lazy seeing that for example I've come multiple times while the truck is there. The respect for whoever owns this shop is non-existent with him, along with his respect for other individuals. Top it all off with the fact he decided to serve someone else and refused service to me, which I have documented along with his car. Needless to say, I'll be pursuing legal action for discrimination. All because this individual thinks it's OK to treat a job like a restaurant lounge.The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Marcus (sorry if the spelling is wrong). Marcus deserves a promotion since he's a very cool individual and a great worker.

I always enjoy my shopping at 7-11 stores. They always have an awesome selection of hot foods and cold foods. A large variety of fountain drinks and bottled drinks for your selection. The stores inside are always clean, as are the restrooms. The parking lot and surrounding area is also well maintained. There is usually not a lot of people in line if it is not near lunchtime. This is a busy time for 7-11. Their prices are comparable to other convenience stores. Unless you join the 7-11 club rewards. They always have great deals to choose from daily. I love the 7-11 slurpees! Thank you!

I work at customer service and sell lotto all day, so when I noticed the clerk was having issues inputting my lotto quick-picks on the computer, I offered to help.1. He got offended/upset and replied rudely “if you know it better than me go use the paper then I’m not doing it”2. When I told him that the paper is only for manual picks, I’m asking for computer picks, he ignored and skipped me to help the next customer.3. I then asked him for the corporate number to report his utterly unprofessional behavior, he replied “I don’t know, check the door”. When he refused to give the corporate number for 7-11, I googled it instead.4. While on hold to speak with corporate, I asked him for his name because I knew corporate was going to ask me for identifying information. He replied “get out of my store or I’m going to call the police”, so I got out of his store.He’s the older cashier (50-55ish years old) about 5’6 and Indian complexion.I will update this review with the findings and actions from the corporate office when their investigation is completed.

This review is specific to Store located at 1117 Semoran Blvd, Apopka 32703.Hate!! Hate!!This freaking location.Every time and I mean E-VERY TIME, I go into that store this an issue.Matter of fact, I left my coffee on the counter without purchasing, which is an indicator of how much they irritated me. I assured management that I had NO INTENTION of returning. I intend to tell others to visit the location at the intersection of Semoran and Piedmont-Wekiva. Their staff provides better customer service.I think Franchisee has an issue with black people because this is the ONLY location where I have a problem. I really don't care what the issue is.

I'm only going to give him one star for this company right here whoever owns this the people in here and this company of 7-Eleven owner and the employees are very nasty rude people and on 436 Thompson road don't ever come here I want to tell you why because I did not have enough money to buy the big soda the fountain soda so I switched it to one on medium size and I was going to pay for it but when they being rude and obnoxious and nasty I decided to leave it they come up to me a certain way approach me a certain way with aggression they need anger management they need some help they need to go back to employment and learn how to say good morning and good after noon they could treat the customer and the employees with professional certain way because they're going to lose customers no one's not going to want to work there for the attitudes, say mam sir good morning good afternoon polite me but they're obnoxious they're real they did not came out a certain way with me they would approach me both of them like they want to attack but they attacked me with words the wrong way never going back there again. .I've been to another 7-Eleven and they're more friendlier than these people .they are very rude and very obnoxious people and they need to get fired for their business and customers.not a friendly place.and i am not going to buy anything there no more i did not have the money enough to pay for the cup i wasn't it. i will soon stop by very soon to pay for the cup. I will give them $3.00 for the cups and never be their customer.this is my very first time in my life that nobody ever treated me or being rude, anyway. this was the first time these people were in 7 eleven. managers are very rude to attack. gang up on me

Cany's dayshift store lookedso noticeably nicer and well kept!! And the hand sanitizers inside as well out, at each fuel station w/ plenty of paper towels and plenty window cleaner water in each two of four fueling stations. Many cold and hot drinks and food choices also made. wonderful experience not easily forgotten! Ya know?! pumps. very clean and organized. She is a working manager that is smart, fast, multitasks well and quick with a smile and patient with explaining and answering the customer's questions or complaint. As a handicapped senior (like myself it meant the world. Bless this Thompson Rd. Seven- Eleven , a especially Mrs. Canyon!
