The MOST AMAZING VETS AND STAFF! Have used them as our primary vet for all of our babies since they opened. So comforting to know we have these amazing humans to care for our babies!

I took our German Shepherd in because I suspected a UTI. They said they did urinary and blood test and showed nothing then tell me why she’s pissing blood now? I think they didn’t do the lab work at all and she was sick the entire time. Boooooooooo

This was my 1st time bringing my 17 year old dog here. My husband and I adopted her 2 yrs ago from a shelter. She is blind and deaf with health issues and tremendous anxiety. The Doctor and staff were truly so caring with her. They did their best to calm her and help her through a difficult appt that I know was hard for the staff. But they so graciously took their time and tried to relax her to the best of their ability and I thank them for that. Best vet clinic to take your special fur babies to. The cost was beyond reasonable and I appreciated how well the doctor and staff went over all my pets medical history and spent so much time getting to know my little baby Papaya. I thank you all! ❤️

We have been taking our 5 yr old Golden Doodle here since we moved to the area a couple years ago. Dr. Ramer and the staff are very patient and kind with her as she is a bit afraid of people at times. I have been very pleased with the care and every experience here, from wellness to more urgent appointments, have been thorough. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Also, we find the walk-in setup very convenientfor both well and sick appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Ramer.

Sat 7/27/24. Waited outside until 9 am in line with all other patients. My sick cat needed to see vet. They never showed up. No note on door with any information if they had unexpected closing. Finally everyone left.
Thank you for your response. 7/27 is the 4 th Saturday . Not first or third. After waiting outside you door until 9 am, we took our sick cat to the emergency clinic In Brandon.

Don’t ever take your pets to this place. All they’re good for is running up a large bill with no results. Misdiagnosed my cat, had all kinds images and did all kinds of treatments and completely missed the main problem. Took it to another vet and they immediately diagnosed it had a bacterial infection and treated it.

This morning was one of the hardest and worst days of my life. If I could give this place negative 1000 stars I really would. I never expected that after seeing a “licensed vet” on Tuesday that my little boy was going to die in his sleep Friday morning. Please hear me guys….if you love your babies don’t bring them anywhere near this place. I just don’t understand how we pay so much to receive such horrible care from these doctors. You want to add more insult to injury I called his doctor to inform them of this unfortunate event, just to find out they already knew. Do you think anyone ever said I’m sorry for your loss? No I got blamed for my dog dying, saying maybe I wasn’t taking good care of him, and that we declined all care necessary to keep him healthy. All these are lies, but they matter less to me, bc no matter what my boy is gone. The least I could’ve received was a quick I’m sorry this happened to him. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you love your fur baby don’t bring them here….I don’t know for certain if they killed my boy but they definitely didn't do enough to keep him alive. The only mistake I made as a mother was entrusting this doctor with my dogs life, and I would never forgive myself for failing him in this way. Sleep beautifully my handsome boy….you will forever be missed!

TOTALLY WORTHLESS…been taking our dogs there for two years when suddenly they both need a veterinary exam and rabies shot…no problem, THEY HAD IT! But this staff is SO LAZY on a zero customer day, they couldn’t find the time to make a call to the vet! ONE of the staff even knew the vet where they had gotten their shots. I’ll never use this outfit again and RECOMMEND EVERYONE USE ANYONE ELSE,

Look no further! Dr. Ramer and her team are outstanding! We've been to many veterinary offices over the years. This is our favorite office by far. Dr. Ramer is very knowledgeable, friendly, loves what she does, and takes the time to thoroughly evaluate and treat our dog with the kindness and compassion as if he were her own. We drive past many veterinary offices to get to this office. Now, many of our neighbors do the same. We love not having to wait for an appointment. We can come in the same day, If you are looking for kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and affordable care, come to this office.

why are vets so uncaring now a days? . I have 2 vets, one vet who lives close to me would not see our dog as a same day appointment who has bad cough, mucous, white gums, and very lethargic and told to me go to a walk-in in clinic. our other vet is over an hour away but couldn't see her until after 5pm due to not wanting to contaminate their office ( which I understand) they also there would be an extra fee for same day appointment ( ok.. she needs to be seen I said) . My dog was getting worse so I figured I would try this place as it says "Walk in Clinic" and so I wouldn't have to drive so far away with a sick dog. They refused to see her as they only take new patients before 12. I was there at 1:30. They told me to see my own vet who would just give her antibiotics. They acted like "how dare my dog get sick on Friday and inconvenience them" and that her case wasn't important enough or make them enough money for them to see her. like my dog wasn't worth their time. Mind you they weren't even very busy. where is the compassion and concern?? I usually do not write reviews more-less bad reviews but I am so deeply disappointed in the corporate mindset of todays vets. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

What an amazing place- My American Staff has allergies and his original vet retired and the techs that took over until they find a permanent vet just didn't care. I am very fortunate to have been referred to Apollo walk in. The wait time because it's a walk in may annoy people but the service and care for your pet IS SO WORTH IT.

Walk-IN Vet Care, as long as it's NOT after 12pm. Read the fine print. Don't have an Emergency after Noon.

Great experience. My dog PJ had a horrible case of diarrhea, they examined him and that eve he already starting getting better. They got us in with very short notice. Friendly staff. Great Doctor who is very knowledgeable. You need an appointment on Saturdays. Highly recommended.
PJ only liked booties on his front paws. He always pulled the rear ones off. Eventually I trained him to keep all 4 on. Please don’t walk your dogs on hot asphalt without some sort of protection for their paws. In many states the asphalt can cook an egg in the summer. Touch your hand to the ground to see if it’s too hot for your pup!
