My printer started malfunctioning right before printing my son’s birthday invitations. I was in a pinch and quickly started calling places in the area. Fortunately Brian at UPS in Apollo Beach location was able to assist me right away. His quote was very reasonable and print job completed with in 10mins. When I picked them up I was thrilled, he did such an amazing job they look professionally done. Thank you again Brian you saved the day. Will definitely be back!

Super Slow.
I went there on Sunday around 1 PM, and there was only one person working—her name was Shay. She was extremely slow, and I ended up leaving around 2 PM.
For management: please consider having more than one person working in the store, especially when the employee is very slow and unable to multitask.

I had an exceptional experience at this UPS Store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my shipping needs. They were efficient, courteous, and made sure I understood all my options.

I returned two packages through UPS on Thursday 7/18. They never left the store. I called Saturday to talk to someone about this and a guy told me there’s nothing he can do and to wait TWO weeks before calling back. Amazon still has no update on their end. 0/5 if I could. Do not recommend taking returns here. They are forwarding all calls to VM. I cannot get through to speak to anyone.
