I've placed an order 4 days straight in a order and each day has either been an damaged item, missing item, or their employees can't seem to do their job correctly. Using the next store door hopefully I don't run into this issue again

Was in the area today. Stopped in this Publix store to pick up a couple of things. I usually shop at the sun city Publix. I had the rudist cashier I have ever encountered. His name is Jim. He should be working in the back where he doesn't have to deal with the public.

The deli manager of this store needs to be fired last 5 orders placed online I’ve waited well over 30 minutes past the quote time for the order and there wasn’t really anyone waiting at the counter employees don’t really care unless you make a stink about thing FIRE THIS CURRENT DELI MANGER PLEASE I am no longer coming to this store after today

Not only is every employee helpful, if there is something you want and they don't have it or carry it they will special order it if possible! I was able to get 8 pkgs of Morningstar tomato basil burgers!!! Thank you!!!
Now, if they would just sell me a winning lottery ticket I would have EVERYTHING I went there to buy?
