Carlos and the team in the pharmacy have been a great help to my husband and I with processing our prescriptions through our insurance and straightening out insurance issues. Carlos is always extremely courteous, helpful and efficient.

Thank you, Orlando at the seafood counter! Your eye for detail and your personal quality control of what you sell is exceptional. The oysters were fantastic and fresh. My wife and I really enjoyed them.

It took me more than 10 hours to fill my prescriptions. The script was sent in at 11am and by 8pm, they still hadn't been filled. When I reached out (4 times), they didn't answer the phone. They picked it up and placed it on hold without even saying to hold.The other thing that's been a struggle is that the employees seem disgruntled. I had an encounter with more than one (happy to put their names on here but won't for now), who were rude.Most of the Publix pharmacies are great, but for some reason, this one has some employees with attitudes and long wait times. Publix just has higher standards than this, so it's a bit disappointing.

It was great here! Visiting in town for family matters. Everyone here was so nice and offered help. Even the customers were joyful. Clearly people like it here in this neighborhood. I was just grabbing some things for my trip.

Most always the prescribed medicine is not in the pharmacy. Tomorrow or longer for delivery. A couple of staff are friendly, several act as if they are bothered to assist.

I just moved my medicine from a local pharmacy and the price doubled. I used to pay $70 when I went to Publix pharmacy it’s $150 for the exact medicine. I love Publix for their good meat and cheese not the pharmacy though lol

I have always held the Publix brand with the highest regard. Unfortunately, I am not sure I want to spend my money in a location where the pharmacist, of all people, chooses to dismiss professionalism and chooses not to honor the time and respect of their clients.I chose to receive a vaccine at this pharmacy today. I arrived at 2, and was advised to return at 3 (I assume everyone at this facility that can give out vaccines must go to lunch at the same time). I complied. Once I returned at 3, I was told to fill out some paperwork and that the wait would be 30 mins. I did not understand why I couldn't fill out the paperwork prior but I did not complain. I was very happy when they managed to fit me in 5 minutes after the completion of my paperwork.Unfortunately, I was met by a pharmacist named Ausam. Ausam complained that his supervisor was watching and saw him give me a shot without gloves. "You don't need gloves", Ausam said. He tries to apply my band-aid and Ausam says, "I never know where I put these shots", and proceeds to place the entire bandage above the site.This is my second time dealing with this unprofessional gentleman. This is the same guy I watched eating pizza on his break, in the area where they administer shots. He also made passive aggressive jokes about my attire last time I saw him. I highly advise that you request a different pharmacist if he attempts to provide you a service.

I moved all my prescriptions here. Just one time, I would like to pick them all up on the same day. I used to get them all at the same time at another pharmacy, but they just can't, or don't want, to fill them all on the same day so you only make one trip! It's irritating! I think it's their store policy to get you in there to shop more! It just irritates me more! Other than that, the employees are very nice and they actually answer the phone when you call!
