DR. Amos has been my primary care doctor for the last six years. I'm 62 years old and I have to say that she has been one the best doctors that I've ever had, and I've had quite a few over those decades.Being an old guy, I have a few medical issues that requires a few different medications with regular monitoring. She monitors the results or performance of these medications from the results of lab work that she has me do just prior to my visit, exams and asking me all the right questions.Very thorough, and makes adjustments based on those results, exams, tests and how well I've responded. I've been doing very well since this doctor has become my primary care physician. This is a doctor that knows how to communicate medical issues and terminologies in a way that non-medical people can understand. What more could you ask for in a doctor?

Heather Amos shouldn't have a license to practice medicine if she falsified records! Bad doc! Shame on you! Don't trust this doctor! She's not honest, falsified records to get what she wants vs what patients need! This woman belongs working in a vet clinic where her feelings can't get hurt.

After being on hold for an obscene amount of time to make an appointment for a medical clearance, I decided to do it online. The online appointment process was fairly simple, there was a box to check for a pre-op clearance, I clicked the box and on 10/30/23 I had an appointment for the next morning 10/31/23 at 8:45 AM. When I arrived at the appointment I was greeted by a text book rude millennial receptionist. I shall refer to her as Ms. MillennialMs. Millennial looked at my paper work and stated that I cannot have an appointment on the exact same day, as making the appointment. I printed out a copy of my appointment & informed her that the appointment was made online 10/30/23 at 7:40PM. Ms. Millennial stated " 10/30 or 10/31 its all the same you can't have an appointment". Once I presented her the appointment document, she reluctantly looked at her computer, obviously annoyed to put down her iPhone, looked in her computer and stated" We still can't treat you, because you have not been here for over 3-years". Ms. Millennial further stated and was adamant that that is TGH policy of 36-months.So, I asked Ms. Millennial when was my "Last Appointment", Ms. Millennial stated it was 11/23/2020. I asker her if she knew what today's date was. She said Yes. I asked her if she knew October comes before November, she paused and said Yes. I asked her if she realized that I had in fact been there in less that 3-years, 35-months to be exact. Ms. Millennial did the math in her head and stated, "It don't matter, its all the same". I asked her if she was indicating that 10/31 and 11/23 are the same and she said yes.Good Job Ms. Millennial, you should get a government job or apply for a Sales Prevention Sales position.

You never get appointment when you really sick and need care.My chart is nothing but big joke.Doctors don't provide doctors note when you sick and need note for employer they are the only one who don't provide. If get another provider appointment due to your own PCp doesn't have availability then that another provider never comes to see you instead nurse practitioner see you.Very disappointing service I ever had received here.I won't recommend anyone.

This Dr is not good. She never returned my repeated calls, ignored my complaints and only passes out referrals and med refills. I need a Dr. who will listen and help and she isn’t the one.

Terrible customer service - terrible prescription refills. Nobody in Dr. Amos pays any attention to the patients. Rude & disrespectful.

I wouldn’t give any stars if that were an option. This practice has tanked. Dr. Amos has failed to give answers on a test that produced positive findings and I have been chasing for answers. Now to be ignored completely.Glad she takes life so for granted when it’s not her own! This isn’t the first time there has been issues. Several times trying to get appointments with months on end waits, including after hospital stays. She does NOT care about her patients. I would stay away from this doctor and her practice. You may just end up dead waiting on next steps after bad test results. Still nothing has been done and the rest was given on 08.01.2023.You tell me???Terrible!!!

The past 2 times that I've needed to be urgently seen, I have been told that I can't be seen for a month!! Am I able to keep 2 stitches on my face for a month?!?! Thanks. Now I will have to pay, most likely, a few hundred dollars at an urgent care.

Had my first visit to Dr. Amos office. Everyone was great! the office staff the tech and Dr Amos. I feel its very important to have a Dr that takes the time to listen and felt that Dr Amos did that. I am glad she will be my new PCP and feel confident that I will continue to get good care from her and her office.

Dr. Amos spent as much time with me as I needed. She listened and provided appropriate feedback and advice. She addressed all my concerns and made a plan for going forward. I'm extremely pleased with her care.

This is my second time visiting this doctor office and Dr. Amos, and I must say that every time I go they have been great. Dr. Amos listen and she doesn't rush me and she cares. The office staff is great as well.

Dr. Amos is fantastic. She always gives me pragmatic and real life assessments of my current health status. I am very happy to have her as my primary care physician.
