Stopped by yesterday for another haircut! Again, Lilly is fantastic. She had two other clients before me who had also requested her - totally worth the wait.

Have to get my haircut at a different place because my hairstylist was too distracted talking with the other hairstylists and didn’t even cut my hair right. She was too distracted and forgot to do the top part and only shaved the sides before trying to send me out before realizing what she did and still messed it up after. It’s not too hard of a cut to do and every other hairstylist I’ve had there was able to do it no problem and looked good. Completely rushed and sloppy.

Went in for the first time today & asked about pricing. 10 dollars to wash my hair and about 80.dollars for a blow dry..As far as I'm concerned that's called highway robbery. UNBELIEVABLE!

They are getting two stars because I have been going there for a few years and this is the first major issue I have had, otherwise it would be a one star! I went in for a TRIM and showed the lady, I believe her name is Cindy, what I wanted my hair to look like. Basically just a TRIM and some extra layers. I do not like confrontation so I did pay for the hair cut but needless to say I will Never Go back there!!!!! The first picture is what I wanted, the second picture is what I went in with and the last picture is after she butchered my hair!!!! I have been crying for a week straight! I have my 10 yr vow renewal coming up in August and there is NOTHING I can do to fix this!

Do NOT visit this establishment. The cosmetologist Cynthia Baker was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She refused to finish my son’s haircut which I then asked for someone else to finish respectfully. She then proceeded to make comments about me to her co-workers and even referring to me as an “idiot.” I asked the manager to ask Cynthia not to make disrespectful comments and Cynthia started to yell at me and even started to clap her hands in my face! At no point was I yelling and I asked her not to speak to me nor to get close to me as she was approaching me. On top of this, she had given my son two lollipops during the course of the haircut and after she said “I’m done,” she snatched my THREE-year old’s lollipops and threw them in the trash! I had been coming here for years with no issue, but as long as she is there, I am NEVER going back. This is not a family friendly place especially because the manager did nothing to calm her employee. All of this in front of my three children. Go to a different great clips! Cynthia Baker has been reported. Picture attached so you can see who this is and to NOT get a haircut from her especially for your kids!

We have been coming here for althe last few years to get my kids haircuts.
But lately the vibe has shifted. Instead of "Hi" or "Hello" the last two times we have been here we were greeted with a sigh and did you sign in online? My kid asked me if we did something wrong because they seemed to be mad we were there. The lady that has the stand behind the counter with gray curly hair is extremely rude. She complained about how many customers came in and how they were understaffed. There was one girl that checked in but showed up with a friend that also needed a haircut. She gave her and her friend a dirty look and very obnoxious and loudly told her customer how rude it was when people did that. I get that this isn't a spa and not the top of the line hair place but that's not the way to treat customers.
The girl that cuts my boys hair does a good job which is why we have continued to come back but it may not be worth the effort if this is the general vibe.

I went to great clips with my mother and they did not give me anything that I wanted and gave me a uneven line on the side of my hair as well as not even shaping me up the correct way as well as not cutting my hair evenly I will for sure no longer be getting my hair cut with great clips .

All of the hairdressers are very good. My son doesn't like to get a haircut and they always make him feel comfortable.

Went in for a first haircut came out bald, had 8 months of hair wanted alittle cut but lady went crazy with the razor, you could’ ve just said u didnt know how to do my hair....i thought african americans went here, my fault
