Not sure why such a low rating... This place rocks... from Passport picture to prescriptions... The shelves are well stocked and they offer self check out or assisted! Kudos for a job well done!

Upset customer after waiting her in line for service for 30 minutes plus I see the pharmacy gave me a glucose prescription without any test strips so now I have to drive all the way back to them but noticed they aren't open until 8am on a Saturday horrible service their hours need to change at least to 8am on a Saturday for service.

To the young lady, Kaylynn who was at the cash register tonight 05/15/2025, you are one of the rudest people I have seen in my life. You threw the scanner, threw the phone, and didn’t have the patience to let me give you a coupon I had. You should improve such a bad attitude or get a different job. As a business owner, I wouldn’t hire you even if you came to work for free at my business. You are nasty. With so many people looking for a job, I hope CVS does something and hires someone with a better way of treating customers.

The store personnel is friendly and helpful and the pharmacy personnel is always willing to help when I am trying to find something or have a question. I have been going here for 5 yrs now. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

This CVS is no different than any other CVS except that I saw a sign indicating that the pharmacy is open 24 hours 7 days a week which is good to know.

The pharmacy personnel are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for the last four years and it’s getting worse. I’ve visited other CVS pharmacies to pick up prescriptions and they are usually very nice and helpful. This place is the absolute worst. I’m surprised CVS allows this to happen…and when I looked at the reviews, I was not surprised that they are all so terrible.

If I could give zero stars for this particular location for pharmacy services, I would. Pharmacy staff is incompetent and not helpful. Michelle answered the phone and when asked if they can help and call the pharmacy help desk regarding one of the medication, completely ignored my request. The pharmacy manager Kevin promised to be available to talk but when I called he told Michelle “he was not available”. All it was needed is for someone to call Optima RX and speak with them directly on what was needed for the medication to be covered. Nobody lifted a finger. Clearly nobody cares about their customers. Do NOT use this location, wait times are extremely long and pharmacy staff is not helpful at all. Very much dissatisfied and will not be back there.

Just came into this store tonight on Saturday the 7th and Randy was able to assist me with a discount and great customer service. Great team member to have!

I call CVS in the morning to see if my prescriptions are ready. I was told all but 1 it would be ready in an hour. It was about 9:30 am so. I get off work its now 5:30 pm i go to the drive through window and wait for the 4 cars in front of me. It's now my turn. I go to pay for them. I am missing one prescription. The one they said would be ready in an hour. So they ask me to get out of line so the people in back of me can get their prescriptions. I told them NO I will wait for them to get mine ready. Long story short they called the POLICE on me. I have never been so embarrassed.

Ugh. What can you say here? Of all the times I have had to pick up meds here, I think I have met with only 1 nice human. Every time we come here the service is extremely slow, and the interactions with staff tends to be short and rude. I wouldn't really consider this a clean store, especially the bathrooms.
