I woke up to a flat tire due to a screw.. Was able to get my hands on two new tires locally. Called carriage the same day for installment in afternoon (it was Friday)and although they were busy, they found the time to fit me in and install those two tires. Incredible staff and service.

I went in for some minor, odd issues. The evaluation and service I received was honest, fair, and Brian and JT took care of me. I didn't feel like I was getting swindled or suggested unnecessary service to pump up the bill. The waiting room was playing The Office, which was a nice bonus over mainstream news that is often propagated in shops. I can wholeheartedly recommend them for a local independent shop.

I cannot say enough good things about Carriage Auto Service Center and their fantastic team! I am new to the area and needed work done on my car. Due to their great reviews I scheduled an appointment with them. JT worked with me to schedule a time that would work with me. He came across in a professional, helpful, and friendly manner. I saw first hand, while I waited for my car, that he treated all clients in this same caring manner. It left me with a feeling that they care and really want to help you. Brian worked on my care and had me ready to go quickly. They demonstrated all around, by their actions, what outstanding customer service is all about! They have a new client with me. Thank You!

My car quit running at an intersection and I had it towed to Carriage. They called when it arrived and then called me later when they had an idea of what was wrong.
I was lucky it was something simple to fix.
They told me why it happened and the. Showed me the button to push on my car each time I start the car to prevent it from happening. I rode my bike over to get the car and they loaded my bike in the vehicle for me.
Great service, reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend using them for your car serving needs.

Carriage Auto provides excellent service and communication throughout your car's repair. I had a flat recently and brought in my flat for a fix and expected it would take a while, even over the weekend, since I came in late afternoon on a Friday. But JT and Brian made it happen same day with a smile! I will use Carriage Auto as my primary mechanic becuase of the consistent level of customer service and quality parts; my car is always in good hands! Thank you!!

There is some new kid TJ i think, that keeps over pricing he is not a great salesman. The only reason i keep coming is because Brian and Tommy are great and very helpful, but i would rather keep my money then ever coming back here.
