I went in because my card was compromised. They was able to issue me a new card right on the spot and took care of a few issue on my acct. They was very profesional at helping me with what needed to be done.

I still think this is a great bank, but if they are going to have service on Saturdays then they need to make sure their ATM is working. Typically goes down on a Friday, is not working all weekend and still not working as of today Monday.
