I moved all my accounts, personal and business, to Bank Ozk in 2022 and am very happy. The service I've received from the manager and the staff has been very helpful, quick to respond and professional. They operate like a small town bank that cares!

Love this bank! From the ease of parking, to walking into smiling faces, and taking care of my banking needs, I am extremely happy with this bank. I highly recommend this bank. The one time I went in and there was somebody already at the counter in front of me, the manager Michelle came out and immediately helped me. It’s great to have a bank so close to home with staff that are always pleasant and willing to help.

I've had great experiences with Bank OZK. Michelle Maynard has helped myself as well as a few family members set up business accounts. I have also had great experience using their payment acceptance software "clover".

Gone are the days of decent customer service... banked here for 14 years, new staff can't even pretend to recognize you, very impersonal. Honestly, felt more like I was treated as someone trying to rob them. A simple request from a family member (also account holder of many years) to deposit into my daughter's account (same last name) couldn't be accommodated like many years prior. When I called to inquire what needs to happen... it might as well have been a robot repeating "you need this & that"... no care or concern, just impersonal. Guess they don't want my business anymore- you're paid to provide a service, do better.

This place is a joke, Ive banked here for several years and the old staff treated me like family. This new staff could care less to even know my name. The manager sits in her office and avoids contact with anyone that needs help. I’m convinced she’s useless or just doesn’t care. Give it time, you’re gonna lose clients , the reviews on here are on point. Minus the 5 start from your own manager. Again- joke

Beware, poor customer service! Staff at the Apollo Beach and Davis island branches were so unhelpful/rude I closed my account. Michelle and Mickey only make excuses for staffs lack of customer service and errors.

This is the worst bank I ever had. They play with your money. Closed your accounts without giving you a phone call. When you call about your money they want to play around on the phone. Don’t bank either, you will regret it. Especially at this location

I've been a member of this bank since it was C-1 Bank. Back then, the management of it was much better. Now, I am in need of a PPP loan, which Bank OZK had been servicing until June 30th. The loans were ending when congress decided to extend them until August 8th. My bank decided they would not take new loans, shutting me (and others in my spot) out. They will soon be my former bank.

Best bank in Apollo Beach. I own 2 small businesses ( Home Port Gallery and Bark n Purr )We were with Bank of America and then TD for a few years and ended up moving our business to Ozark. Couldn't be happier! Service is amazing. Everything is streamlined and easy to use. Think we finally found our forever bank :)

I went in to open 2 accounts, they were very helpful and fast to accommodate. I opened the two accounts in about 30 minutes all was well and on my way . Great place.
