Marlin at 1st Rate Auto is phenomenal! He is honest, knowledgeable and an all around stand up guy! We purchased a truck (and a third party warranty) from him approximately one month ago. When we purchased the truck and warranty Marlin told us to call if we had any questions/needed anything. The folks at this dealership have made my life so much easier this past month. My car was totaled during Hurricane Irma, so I shopped around online for new options. I landed on a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT and it just stuck out far above all the other vehicles in the price range in my area. I called the next business day, and Juan informed me that he still had the car in stock. I drove by to check it out, and he had no problems letting me test drive and inspect the car. During the purchase process, he worked with me to get me into the vehicle (my credit is pretty bad). Needless to say, I love the car and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My experience with Juan has been excellent. He has treated me pretty much like family, and I will certainly shop at Auto Place US for my next purchase. Highly recommend.

My daughter sought out this car dealership which appeared reasonable for her first car. We traveled to this location around 2pm. Our first impression was possibly a nice place to purchase however, no one greeted us outside to inquire about any of the vehicles. I was a bit disappointed, as I could see two guys from the tinted window able to see potential buyers. I was willing to spend 10k on a reasonable car but unfortunately, no one was willing to make a sale today.
