They said they did a fecal on both of my dogs yet I never gave them back the fecal exam sad but this location has gone to crap in the last 6 months or so

They were not patient with my dog during my last visit. Waited 2 hours to be seen when I had an appointment. By the time they got to my dogs they rushed to put a thermometer and my dog could sense the bad energy and had a negative experience. I work with animals for a living and you know dogs read energy. They should have rescheduled my appointment if they were that far behind and in such a rush. It was a terrible experience for just annual shots and they tried to say my dog was aggressive. Absolutely not. He was reacting to an unprofessional experience with a vet trying to quickly shove a thermometer up his behind instead of gaining the dogs trust first. They have aggressive plastered in bold on his vet records and really isn't a fair representation of my dog. He's never been aggressive in any public or private setting and the least the office can do is remove their internal note as I do not have any aggressive instances documented within Hillsborough County. I have to submit the document to my apartment and this makes my dog look absolutely terrible and unfit to no fault of his own. They can keep their internal note but I request a copy with just the shot records. I paid $200 per dog for JUST shots. $600 for a crappy experience. The annual shot pricing is far from the norm. Save money and look for low cost. Animal professional to animal professional never approach a dog from above them to insert a thermometer. Always approach at level, give treats, gain trust. The staff did not do that during our visit in September which is why they have an internal note included reminding them to do so.

When our small dog was unexpectedly paralyzed from the waist down, they treated her immediately. We were strangers, hundreds of miles from home. We were frantic.?They immediately provided an appointment, treatment and excellent referrals. Thanks to their expert, urgent intervention she has made a full recovery. There isn't a day that goes by when we don't take a few minutes to gratefully watch her walk, prance, jump and run. We count our blessing that fate provided their intervention when we so desperately needed it. We have been back a year later. They are always so compassionate, knowledgeable and caring.

Great people work at this place. Had to say goodbye to our cool wonderful Baxter kitty. 15 great years. They were so good given the circumstances.

We are here for the winter from out of state and our dog became very ill. Our dog was transferred here by another emergency vet facility that didn't provide in clinic hospitalization. We can't say enough positive about all of the staff here. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything in terms we could understand not a bunch of medical terms. They took the time to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. When we got our dog back they had even given her a bath and cleaned her up from being sick. Thank you again Apollo Beach for taking excellent care of Mandie.

We just got a puppy and brought her in for a practice run. The tech that worked with us was so incredibly sweet and helpful and they gave us lots of info on keeping our new pup safe and healthy. They were very clear and reasonable about their pricing. Thank you!

My dog (my best friend) had an emergency Sunday morning. The Doggie ER kept him and discharged him to go to AB animal hospital. I would like to send a HUGE THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF!!!!! From Dr Brady (Ithink that’s his name) to Dr Diane to ALLLLLL the techs. They diagnosed my baby correctly with Addison’s disease which from all my reading is often misdiagnosed. But they didn’t and wouldn’t stop till they found out what was wrong. We were so close to loosing my baby. But the staff at AB hosiptal cares immensely for animals and my baby is still here and will be with me for years to come. The staff didn’t just care for Pablo, they cared for me as well. They answered all questions and comforted me when I was freaking out. Again thank you all! Such an amazing staff, and I am super thankful for each and everyone of you!!!

Attempted to tow me here and I was gonna go inside for my dog... however if they this strict when I literally stepped out of car and they instantly get ready to hook up... this place won't get my business
