I got my eyebrows done and the lady asked if I had cash, which I didn’t. She said okay. I gave her my card and after ringing me up she said we are charging a fee if you don’t have cash. They just lost a customer….

I walked into this place and the store, owner or workers were very rude, and basically told me that she did not have time to do my eyebrows which would not even take two minutes of her time to do. I'm not quite sure how this place is in business because of how disrespectful they are towards their clients or even potential clients that is not a way to run a business it's very upsetting that there are people that are so ignorant and rude for no reason.

I walked in this place without an appointment for a manicure. I asked if they clean their instruments and was told "yes we do every morning." The shop was filthy, and against my better judgment, I let them do a manicure. Three days later, my thumb was very painful and around the nail was red. I went to the ER. I was given strong antibiotics and told to come back if it did not get much better within a couple days. A few days later, pus was running from my thumb nail. I returned to the hospital and was admitted for three days. A drain was inserted through my thumb, which was absolutely excruciatingly painful. After discharge from the hospital, I had no feeling in my thumb. I discovered that American Nails has no insurance. I was not compensated for the hospital expenses or any medical treatment.

Very disappointed with my pedicure! I went here once before about a 2 years ago and had a terrible experience. I thought that maybe it was a one-off so I didn't leave a review and I didn't go back. Decided to try it out again today and the pedicure was awful! He cut my foot and made me bleed. When I told him he was hurting me, he tapped my foot and said it's fine. My feet do not look like I just got a pedicure.....they look like someone just slapped polish on them. Cuticle look terrible. I am going to have it redone tomorrow at a place I normally go to.

Attentive and friendly but very slow and not really better or worse than anywhere else I've been. (The closest competitor is way overpriced with a less than clean salon, and worst pedicure ever, but my nails came out flawless.)

I made an appointment for a manicure/ pedicure for 11:00 am. Walked in at 11:00 am. No one greeted me. I sat down, waited for 15 minutes. Then I went up to counter to inform the lady that I had an appointment. She said it would be a few minutes as the guy was in the process of painting another customer’s toes. I said fine and told them I would be back in 10 min. I came back and he was doing gel on her toes. I waited 5 minutes, then left. I was there an entire hr. No service! Horrible Customer Service.
